Pizza was ready fast, employees were awesome, and the pizza was great. It was a touch pricier than I felt it would have been, but there aren’t many Detroit style pizzerias in Pittsburgh, so the premium is somewhat expected.

I actually had a very positive experience at the Dormont location. I moved from North Carolina where we ordered from Jets all the time and never had an issue. I’m happy to say that this first time since being in PA, ordering from Jets, we were treated to the same delicious Pizza we were used to. I unlike other reviewers did not have a bad experience.

If you like a lot of cheese I recommend them. I do not like this much cheese, especially when they forgot the extra sauce and ranch dressing that was paid for. Who charges $1.15 for each tiny ramekin and then doesn’t give it…..

We order Jet’s all the time and have never had a bad experience before now. We ordered our repeat order for delivery – large pizza, wings, ranch, dessert, etc. When they delivered our order tonight, they forgot the wings, and two sides. I called to speak with the manger, and she quickly apologized and said she would send everything our way immediately.

JETS Pizza rocks! Top shelf – a unique style/taste in the South Hills (which has several great quality pizza places). What got the 5star review from me was their customer service response to an issue in my order tonight – Jets staff was very friendly and went above & beyond to correct the issue and make sure I was satisfied! Jet’s pizza is amazing! Fell in love with it in Indiana. When we moved back to Pittsburgh (where good pizza is easier to find) we still make the trip occasionally from Wexford to get their pizza! Gotta go Detroit deep dish with double turbo crust

We ordered a NY style veggie pizza….we strictly asked them to cut with clean knife as we don’t eat meat everywhere we eat only halal meat and ham n pork is considered haram so we take only veggie pizza…we took the pizza went home n after eating 1 slice I saw a piece of HAM in the pizza….we went back n showed them person on the register took piece of ham n trashed it immediately n behaved as if its not a big deal….very disappointed with the service

WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD! After 2 disaster pizza orders at both Papa John’s Pizza and Vocelli (Bridgeville, PA), we decided to try Jet’s Pizza on the recommendation of my niece. I ordered the Detroit Style Deep Dish Pizza with three toppings. The pizza can be ordered with light cook, regular cook, or well done. I ordered regular cook and the pizza was SO BADLY BURNT THAT I COULD HARDLY CHEW IT. I can’t imagine what the well done pizza would look like. There was NO SAUCE, NO CHEESE, AND NO TOPPINGS ANYWHERE ON THE PIZZA EXCEPT THE MIDDLE! Some of the outside pieces had nothings on them at all! My pizza doesn’t look like any of the pizzas that are posted. If you are thinking about trying Jets Pizza, save your money and pick a pizza shop that takes pride the quality of their pizzas!
