I’m sad about this review because Jet City was my favorite pizza place. I’m all the way in Granite Falls and have quite a few options for pizza around me, but the crust at jet city was amazing. I know management has changed, but so has the crust. It tastes like it’s frozen, chewy and I would encourage them to change it back. There is no chance I will be going out of my way to get pizza here again.

My wife called in a large pizza I went to pick it up and realized it’s under new management.. and it kinda sucks because I liked all the old employees..and the owner told me he wanted you to tast the pizza ..well if you like cheese then that’s all you taste… there is no sauce… sorry but it was way better before and I don’t think I’ll be back I was really hoping it would be the same.. definitely not

Long time customer, but customer no longer! What happened to the crust? It’s not beer battered! Pizza was flat, hardly any toppings, burnt, and obviously tasted burnt! So sad, we used to love Jet City Pizza.

The pizza and cheese bread were awesome! We had the garlic 3 meat pizza. I gave 1 star for the atmosphere because it’s take out only. Will definitely try it again

This pizza is one of the best in Marysville. The wait is typically about 15-20 minutes for a large pizza. That being said, the negative aspects include the space, it isnt an eat-in place. Also, they need to manually punch in all the credit cards numbers on their apple device, because their payment methods are a bit out of date. The staff are pleasant and there are many pizza options. The pizza is delish!

Last time we will buy pizza from here. New managment. They tried charging my mother $50 for the same stuff she paid $33 for last month! No one could run register or count out the correct change. There were hardly any toppings, no sauce, barely any cheese. For 2 pizzas. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way either. I wouldn’t recommend this place. You can buy better frozen pizza and cook it your self.

I used to come here a long time ago. I has two pizza’s yesterday. Its new management and new owner. Its changed a-lot. Best customer service. Nice place for pizza. I got a chance to meet owner Mr Hanvir. He is very humble and great at his customer service. Their deals and coupons are great too. I ll be back again

My wife ordered 2 meatball sandwiches and a beer battered cheese bread we ended up with 6 little meatballs and a small portion of cheese bread all for about 50$. 3 hours later the door dasher showed up the food was cold and burned to the container.this is all on jet city pizza.the owner completely had no give a *****. When my wife called and had to deny the charges.this is the most garbage process I’ve ever witnessed.i wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Good pizza, decent price. Customer service was good and everything was ready when promised. I got the afterburner and it was great, but if you’re looking for standard pizza fare (i.e., just pepperoni) you can get the equivalent elsewhere for cheaper.
