I just love ice! On a hot day nothing better than a snowball. Being diabetic allot of the flavors I can’t have. Jessica’s has 8 sugar free flavors which gives many choices to enjoy.

My niece found this place and now my wife and I go pretty frequently. I’d never heard of putting marshmallow in shaved ice until my sister moved to Essex, I guess it’s a regional thing but so good. Jessica’s is a typical snowball stand, with several things you can add as well as marshmallow. Just a great summer treat and historic Mount Airy is pretty cool. We are trying other restaurants in the area

Would definitely recommend if you like snowballs! This was my first time at Jessica’s Snowball stand, so i wasn’t adventurous enough to get the snowball with marshmallow (or other add-ins that they offer)… but i will definitely try it next time. I got black cherry, which i would only recommend if you like the taste of children’s cough syrup. I tried regular cherry which was much better. They have so many flavors… I can’t wait to try some new ones!

Best Snowballs in the area! Fluffy ice, lots of flavors, including diet. Seating is limited to picnic tables but parking is spacious. Prices are very reasonable ($2.50-$6 depending on the size). I highly recommend this place as I have tried many other snowball options in the Eastern Frederick area and I think this is the best.

I was so excited to find an authentic snowball stand in Frederick County and Jessica’s did not disappoint! I bought a small Creamsicle, cotton candy, and ice cream snowball. Soooo delicious and will definitely return again soon!

Great little shack off the beaten path. Found on google after a day full of hiking. Stopped to get a cold refreshing snack. All the flavors you can think of and marshmallow specials during the week.
