Jesse’s on the Bay in Gulf Shores, AL is a new location of a famous old restaurant in Magnolia Springs and it does not disappoint. Known for amazing steaks and seafood at the original location, Jesse’s new location in Gulf Shores top notch. I little on the pricey side, but for the quality (and quantity) of food and high end cocktails you get – plus the amazing views and terrific service make it well worth it for your special night out in Gulf Shores. Be sure to hit the place an hour or so before sunset. Fast becoming a local favorite!

After beelining straight to the water to watch the sunset, we went upstairs and sat at the bar. My wife enjoyed craft cocktails and I grabbed an IPA from Rick. We decided on a few appetizers, Oysters Jesse, the gumbo and the weekly chef item, which happened to be a venison chop. I’ve never had venison so tender! Definitely wishing that was on the menu permanently! The gumbo was delish and the oysters were amazing. Rick will see us again, soon! The place is beautiful!

Best food I have EVER had. We didn’t have a reservation so we sat at the bar which ended up being the best decision bc Mario & Ricky behind the bar were phenomenal. They gave excellent suggestions for food & drinks. The spicy margarita was 12/10. We ended up getting a second round of boutique oysters bc they were so SO good. The steak w/ mash was to die for. Melted in your mouth. The bone marrow butter was the best addition. We ended our meal with dessert that I cannot remember the name but attaching a photo bc it was also fabulous. We left feeling full but not heavy! Service & atmosphere was top tier. We are already making plans to come back within the week of our stay. Thank you Mario & Ricky + rest of staff for the experience!

It was a beautiful place to watch the sunset. We sat outside and it was hot. Our service was not good. Our server might have been new. Everything took forever. Prices are very high. Not a wonderful experience that I choose to do again.
