Small hard working people at the helm. Very few seats so be prepared to take food with you even if that was not the intended plan. The beans were super interesting and delicious.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, this is a no-frills taco shop, serving good food on paper plates, just what I was looking for. The sign of a good taco shop is determined by the meat they serve, Cabeza is a good sign, Lengua is a bonus. Jesse’s does them both and they do them well. I look at the meat to connective tissue ratio and Jesse’s is mostly meat. Both were very tender and with a good flavor. Classically served with onions and cilantro with a salsa verde and tortillas with a slight sweetness. It was all good, being from San Diego, I had to put my expectations on a lower level. If these were served in San Diego I would give them a 4 out of 5. The drawbacks would be too many onions, the tortillas and they didn’t have Mexican Coke (Coke in a glass bottle). All in all I would eat here again, hopefully on a weekend so I can try the Menudo.

Look these are some of the nicest people and honest too had an issue once they took care of it even though it ended up being my banks fault. ( I did make it right with them too).but that really made an impact on me . The food is great I recommend the asda fries. May JESUS Keep you HOLY SPIRIT guide you

It looks like a hole in the wall so I’ve always kind of ignored it but a number of people told me it was worth eating at so I tried to check it out. I usually ride my mobility scooter around town and the door is opening inward towards a counter and doesn’t open all the way barely lose an angle so I can’t fit my scooter in the door The girl was very nice and came to the door and took my order while I waited outside to take the to-go order. Got a chili relleno burrito and it was awesome. My only complaint which is personal is that it had too much rice and it was too big which would not be a problem for most people but I don’t eat much and I don’t like great big huge burritos but like I said most people do so they would probably find it really awesome. It was moist that cheese was melted, it was much better than some of the crappier burritos I’ve had at other places lately I highly recommend eating there.

Tacos were bad- bad-bad! If you want to get a stomach ache and more… Go at your own risk. I was recommended this place by a friend and I would like to think it’s inflation that has cause this place to start buying cheap meat and the taste in tacos is not the same. None of the tacos I ordered had any flavor. The “carne Asada meat” was just salty but didn’t taste like meat, “al pastor” was marinated but didn’t have any flavor, the burrito has more rice and beans than meat but in this case was good cuz the beans had more flavor than the meat. They don’t give you any lemons, radishes like other places and they only put salsa on the tacos if you asked for it when you ordered but not extra.
