We have placed a weekly delivery or pick up order for our family of four every week for around 10 weeks. So we have had plenty of experience with this location. The quality of the meats, breads, toppings are always great. However, it’s very frustrating that our sandwiches are wrong at least 60-70% of the time. We use the app, so what we want on each sandwich is written down, and should be very easy to get made correctly. But every week, at least one of our sandwiches is wrong, and usually more than one of them. It’s become a family joke abc we all gather around to try to figure out which sandwich is closest to what each of us ordered. Why do we keep ordering? Not sure to be honest, I guess we are foolish eternal optimists. The food is tasty, we just wish there was some quality control. When we’ve been in the store, it’s always very busy and everyone is working hard. I know these are good hard working kids in the store. And I know it’s hard to find good people. It just seems no one is double checking at all. If they could get it right, it would be 5 stars. A little quality control would be very appreciated

This is not the only time I have waited 25 minutes after the 15 minutes required to make my sandwich through an online app. Multiple customers were complaining the same night that I witnessed. I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in to pick up what should have been done. I opened one of my sandwiches and it looked small. Both breads were smooshed. The way things are run needs to be addressed. I understand people are more underpaid, and understaffed, and we’re in hard times however, my money will not be wasted at this location again. I will no longer tip ahead I have learned my lesson.

Ordered a sub online 15 minutes before I arrived at the store and watched as a customer who ordered after I arrived have their sub made and given to them. I regret tipping ahead of time and won’t be tipping at this location again.

Under-staffed & only one gal that was actually working. Very long wait time! 10 to get our order taken, 5 to pay, and then another 5-10 for a hot sandwich. Sandwiches were not good either. The attitude of the other employees was awful. The girl with half pink hair is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. She’s a Rockstar that deserves a raise.

With 4 people working it was frustrating to wait 15 minutes before even being acknowledged about an online order pickup that was done before I got there. South Hill location knows how to handle orders more efficiently. Will be avoiding this location as much as possible.

Ordered 2 giant hot sub steak sandwiches with extra portobello mushrooms. I had doordash delivery. When I got my delivery I only got 1 sandwich and no mushrooms on it. For a $24.00 sandwich I would expect a better meal. This location has a real problem getting orders correct and getting them cold when I live only a half mile from this location. I can order from the N Meridian location and get better service and the order is hot and correct every time. I will no longer order from here and pay doordash drivers the extra cost of a tip to get the meal I love and order.

Ordered via DoorDash for pickup, 45 minutes later went into store after receiving “ready for pickup” text, order hadn’t even been started. Then had to wait for another 35 minutes. Store is chronically under staffed and can’t handle the volume of orders. I feel bad for the staff.

Worst Cusomer Service! Wow. Didn’t follow order details, items were missing – and took it upon themselves to substitutute the bread I ordered, rather than just refusing/declining the order because they were out of stock. Wiith a delivery tip, I paid almost $30 for this sandwich. If I could leave zero stars I would. And it’s not because of the sandwich, mistakes happen, it’s because of the way the “manager”, and I use that term loosely, handled the situation when I called to try to rectify the situation.

I had a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. It was pretty good. Not as good as I had hoped but still tasty. The 4 stars for Service is only because it took SO long to get our food. There was only one person in front of us, but they had many phone or online orders, which delayed our order. The staff was courteous and working hard. They were just too busy for the number of staff they had.
