it always takes SO LONG to get a sandwich here. the food is good but the customer service is just awful every time. their system is terrible. no communication. no pickup counter if you have an online order, so there’s no point of ordering ahead of time. yesterday i ordered a sandwich with no lettuce. they put lettuce and then attempted to just scrape it off. too lazy to remake orders if there’s a mistake. and it’s like this every time. super disappointing.

I love that get a free sub for your birthday, which is good for a year!! i rarely ever go to jersey mikes because there is not one in my town but i went the gig harbor one today i was soooo pleased with their service i came right back to make this review 🙂 The sandwich is awesome but all the guys working there today seemed genuinely happy, they were all smiles and very customer focused! way to go guys! good service and good food in one place seems to be a thing of the past and you guys are nailing it! thank you

Good sandwich… But it’s best to ask for how much mayo, oil and vinegar you want put on. The last one we got the bread got soggy before we got it home for our lunch. But I will go back , way better than the other sandwich shops.

This is a joke. First time getting sandwiches here I place my order and ask the girl what all vegetables come on it she says “we recommend mikes way but lettuce onion tomatoes” so I tell her I don’t want tomatoes but pickles. She tells me to tell the person making the sandwich there’s 6 people running around in the middle. I ask one to put pickles me thinking that the stuff she said is coming on ut only to get my sandwich and find its basically bare. I call and get told oh well we have different people making them and you can get whatever you want but basically its up to me to figure out which employee is making the sandwich. Why wouldn’t you just write it on the freaking order ticket if thats the case I shouldn’t have to guess at who’s making my sandwich.

It may have just been a rough night, but probably wouldn’t be back. It took around 25-30 minutes to get two sandwiches. Understandably, the meat is cut and cooked in front which is great, but that wasn’t the issue. It took 10 minutes to figure out they didn’t have wheat bread, and then when they had made the first sandwich, they had said they realized they didn’t have bacon and it was going to take another 10 minutes. The bathrooms were pretty gross. When we went to check out, the counters were so nasty. There was a zyn (nicotine pouch) on the counter.

Maybe the best philly cheese steak sandwich I have ever had. I’m sure the other menu items are good as well, but I wouldn’t know. It’s been the philly for me every time and I don’t really expect that to change in the future.
