Obviously, mismanaged! 6 employees behind the counter, with only one working to take the orders, cut the bread, and slice the meat and cheese. Took over 30 min. to get 2 sandwiches . Lobby and food counters were filthy. Plexiglass at the counter was dusty and dirty. Gloves were not being changed between handling food and touching other stuff. Guy cutting the meats even had a huge sore on arm that wasn’t covered. Gross!!! Sandwiches were put together sloppy. This place needs good management!

This location is 12/10 incredible. They had a major catering order in causing delays, followed by the tap card reader not working, and they handled this situation by giving me my order for FREE without even being asked. The food is also the highest quality on the market.

Place is a classic sandwich shop with limited creativity option, but more of a set menu. Service was good. Food is solid. A little salty so hydrate with your meal. Fast food as simple as that. Could use a toaster for sandwiches.

I always have a good experience here. Today on my lunch break, stopped in. While I was being rung up, I commented on how tempting the tray of bacon looked. They gave me some bacon to snack on while waiting on my order. 5 stars doesn’t seem like enough for this crew!

Food was good and service was reasonably quick, but the staff was quite rude and constantly cussing at each other, dropping f-bombs left and right. As someone who works retail myself, it was quite shocking to see them getting away with such foul language right in front of customers.

Came in during the weekend lunch hour rush so I definitely understand that it was busy. So I decided instead of standing in line I’d place a mobile order. I ordered two sandwiches, one hot and the other cold. I expected to wait 25 minutes according to the mobile app which was fine. At the 20 minute mark I see them getting my mobile order ready. And put the hot sandwich in the bag. I waited another 5 minutes before asking about the cold sandwich. I was told they were working on it. Another 10 minutes go by I don’t see them working on my cold sandwich so I ask again. And was told yes, working on it now. At this point my hot sandwich is sitting in the bag for 15 minutes. Finally after another 10 minutes my cold sandwich was done. Not sure why my order was separated in the time they should have been made. Asked the girls at the front why it took so long for the cold sandwich but they dismissed the question by saying well we’re busy. They need a better system on handling mobile orders. By the time I got home the hot sandwich was lukewarm at best. Very disappointed in their service.
