They slice the meat and cheese right there in front of you fresh. The bread is perfectly soft and fresh. Got a Jersey Special Mike’s way. And the staff is always friendly and professional. Wish they had one closer to Queen Anne, I’d be going all the time.

Kirill did an excellent job helping me decide whilst being starving and unsure. His welcoming smile and amazing hospitality are refreshing!

Had a full bite of just jalapeños… oh and maybe the people making sandwiches could actually look at what’s on the order. I ask for lite onion (they use too much) and peppers on the side ALWAYS missing. Order online and your sub will never be warm. Jersey Mike’s is my favorite the kirkland branch doesn’t seem to care about what they put out!

I went to this place twice and I was very unwelcome by an employee who has a nose piercing, she should be a little more polite, terrible professional. I don’t return anymore.

Pretty straightforward sandwich place. I’ve never had to wait long for a sandwich. The staff is was friendly when I’m in the store. In general the food taste much better than the other sandwich shops.

The best sandwiches around, the guy that owns the place makes the really good ones. I have been coming here for lunch everyday for a week. Highly recommend trying this place.

I’ve been to a bunch of Jersey Mike’s, but this was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from them. 6 slices of meat for a giant that cost $20?? Barely any toppings. I’m extremely disappointed and almost walked out. Don’t come to this location.

Kirkland store – I ordered a #8 club sub which is suppose to have bacon but the sandwich maker forgot. Not sure what the guys name is who made the sandwich but watch out and double and triple check to make sure they accurately make your $10-$12 sandwich. Very disappointed from a loyal Jersey Mike’s customer.

My online order was placed at 6:32pm for ASAP (15 min). Arrived at 6:53pm for curbside and waited five minutes before deciding I’d help them out and just walk in to pick it up. When I walked in, there was one person sitting at a table waiting on food. I noticed my food wasn’t on the counter, so I decided to sit and wait. At 7:08pm, I walked up to the counter for the girl to tell me that they were behind on “hot” items, but they were working on my order (without checking). Multiple people come in after that with the manager/lead person telling them that bread was being made, and they’d have to wait at least 20 minutes before the bread was even ready??? More online order people had trickled in, and this was the first time any of us had even heard this. At 7:20pm, I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before I finally had to say “excuse me. Would you mind checking to see if my order is on the grill? If it isn’t, I’d like a refund, please.” The girl proceeded to walk straight back to the manager/lead person to tell them I wanted a refund without checking for my order. After our experience tonight plus at Redmond Way, Jersey Mike’s has lost a loyal customer. Working in the food industry myself, the lack of customer service skills was appalling. Disappointed to say the least.
