I was so hungry and decided to walk into Jersey Mikes for a sub sandwich. It wasn’t busy. I was politely helped right away and ordered a Mike’s Famous Philly. I had no idea it was to be cooked. The cook was cooking other orders and put mine on right away. She was also very nice! Long story short, I absolutely highly recommend this restaurant! The food was hot, fresh and outstanding! I had the absolute, ultimate, excellent service! Very, very, clean! Thank you! I will be back!

This location is usually pretty good. Tonight, I ordered 3 subs for delivery. The sandwiches were smaller and lighter on toppings than usual. I added extra meat on one sub, and I could barely tell the difference from the standard sub. The bread was also a little stale. Hopefully, just a one off situation. I will order here again.

Online orders sit out on the counter with meat and cheese until the customer comes to pick up. This half done sandwich may sit out for over 20 minutes if they’re busy and not working on online orders. You must go up to the counter for your food to be finished. This is unsanitary. They did remake my sandwich, but only after consulting a manager that it was okay.

Don’t expect your online orders to be ready on time ( had to wait an extra 30 min for order). I wasn’t willing to abandon my 100$ order, so I just ended up being extremely late to providing a lunch for my office. I won’t be ordering here again. Not the employees fault, maybe the owner could do something to allow employees to stop orders from coming in when they are being ambushed. Food was good, employees are nice.
