The food is good, better than other shops compared to price. This location however, depends on who is working. Some staff are in rush food sloppy, or times were some staff will use hard as rock bread. So it is a hit n miss on how it will turn out.

We had a coworker go up to Jersey Mike’s to pick up a few of our to-go orders, and he had a terrible experience. He noticed that our order wasn’t sitting out, and when he inquired about it, he was told that the order had been made but must have been taken by somebody else. The Jersey Mike’s employee then proceeded to berate him about not being there sooner, and missing the “pick-up window.” Part of what makes a to-go order convenient being able to grab your order at your earliest convenience. I was not aware that there was a “pick-up window” that had to be strictly adhered to. (Especially when the difference was only 10 minutes from the expected pick-up time.) Furthermore, rather than making this missing order the priority to complete, they kept him waiting for an additional 15 minutes while taking the walk-in orders, thus defeating the convenience that comes with a pick-up order. There was no reason for this employee to have snapped at our coworker. While the food was great, the professionalism was certainly lacking.

We love Jersey Mike’s and have been customers for years, but today, we didn’t seem very valued. We had one sandwich made, and before our second one was ordered, another guest came in for service, and he got great service while we waited for our second sandwich to be made. I got to hear your employee talk to the other guest about his car accident what your guest thought he should do to follow up with it, what your other guest was doing for Christmas dinner…oh and to the employee sitting at a table who called over one of the two employees working behind the counter to talk about something…wait until the guests waiting to have their Second Sandwich started have been helped. As you can tell, it was not a positive experience!

I am not completely sure what is going on with the Jersey Mike’s Subs location in Auburn. This is my third consecutive time getting a horrible sandwich from them. As you can see from my picture, the sandwich bread was stale and crumbling apart. Very disappointed and at this point I will never eat another sandwich from this location.

Incredible customer service. I had a last minute catering order. They prefer 24hrs notice on an order like this. We had a tragedy at work and my wife suggested that I buy sandwiches. I went in and the workers were extremely cool and understanding about me placing a large order. I will 100% be going back to them time and again for catering orders. The employees working this morning at opening all deserve raises for going above and beyond.
