Had a hard time with overall rating. The sandwiches were delicious. Staff were not friendly and didn’t give us our drink cups. We ended up reaching over and grabbing them ourselves. We had to stand around waiting to pay when we were the only people in the restaurant. If the customer service was better than it would get 5 stars.

Sandwiches are good however every time I’ve gone in, their drink machines are not working properly. Today their machine was down completely and they made everyone upcharge to a bottled drink. $16.50 for a regular sandwich and drink? Not again.

Came in to get two subs. For the price I’m not really impressed. The roast beef taste like tuna fish. $10 tossed in the garbage. They ask you if you want it mikes way, well when you say I’m not sure what that is they give you a quick attitude response if it’s with everything on it? Congratulations Jersey Mikes, you have officially made me a subway for life customer with your staffs poor attitude and Overpriced meats that taste like seafood. Clean spot since it was just opened.

They are getting better I think? I was super excited when they opened but they were using WAY too much condiments and messing up orders. I’m kind of turned off from a few bad experiences.

They are getting better at making sandwiches correctly. At one point, I had ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 were not right. They did make it right both times. Last two were correct.

I have never had an issue with Jersey Mikes sandwiches as a matter of fact my family loves them. I was disappointed today when I went in to order my meals today. I watch the blonde headed female manager (Sunday, March 26th around 1:00pm) in what appeared to be a bad mood or not handling what was obviously a newer employee in a very professional manner in front of customers.

Do yourself a favor and make it at home. Mike’s way? Always ask for what YOU really want. Beware! Not even any pepper? The breads frozen to fresh too? Should have gone to Subway for the frozen bread lol. Even Jimmy Johns has better bread with that being said. Won’t be the last place shutting down at this location. ‍♂️. By the way. Do you guys even use the phone? Check the voice-mail “owners.” Tell the manager Kailee to step it up a notch on her politeness ,especially while “training.” How many more reviews do you all need to see before you just say ehh next on the google food near me list. Literally saw an employee be yelled at ,as well as tell another employee she didn’t have time to get her check for her before she went home?…Wow… . Good luck to your future “employees.” Caring, try restarting your managerial skills there to start. The only thing different than Subway is the 16″ bread and the slicing in front of you. Oh wait, Subway is doing that too now? Don’t fool yourself by wasting ⏳️& at this company in general. Hopefully we’ll get to see a better review. Someday I guess.

Had a great sub. Just don’t make it be your first time going. I wasn’t made to feel good with all of my questions. Also, the young help talks slurred and fast, so good luck.
