Ordered a giant sub, cost about $20 with tip. Since I know how to cook, Jersey Mike is going down the ladder. The sub is runny, just soaked. Too much cheese, that I cant even taste the chicken or the veg. If you want a fast sub that is not Subway, and pay a bit more money, go to Jersey Mike. Else find much better food at food cart around. Dont waste your taste bud here. If late, go to Lemon Leaf Thai near by.

Need a quick bite, go inside a woman is about to order followed by an elderly then followed by me. Employee says how many sandwiches are we ordering in this party? Woman responds one. She asks again and get same response. Employee looks so confused that I had to break it down for her she wants to order a sandwich, then you’re going to service this couple, and then me. Oh what a breakthrough she finally got it. It gets worse. Now guy cutting sandwiches is trying to cut for sandwiches past the first person. Which would be a good idea if you weren’t so confused. He’s repeating himself over and over again. When he gets to me I said please finish all your sandwiches and then service mine. As I was already upset I figured I’ll be out of here soon as I was in a hurry. What does he do? He starts asking me what I want on my sandwich while he still is making somebody else’s sandwich. Then of course he needs to ask me again what I want on my sandwich which I already told him, at this point I turned around and walked out. Pull it together guys, one sandwich at a time. This location need some serious training for their employees. I go to Jersey’s all the time I’ve never been disappointed like this.

Bad day or bad location? I don’t typically stop in at Jersey Mike’s, but I was out on delivery orders and wanted to snag a quick bite to eat. I wish my number one complaint would’ve been about the rosemary Parmesan bread hitting the floor (it was the last piece, what a shame). When I first asked for my sub, I asked for a mini number five not only did the incorrect sub size end up getting ordered, but the meats had to be re-sliced because they were incorrectly ordered, and the guy on the main slicer was new, so it wasn’t a huge deal, at this point, the person running veggies was swapped out, and the blonde girl that ended up in the other guys place was in a big hurry. Thankfully tomatoes were avoided, but you bet that I asked for several things several times and I still didn’t get all my toppings. I don’t understand why I have to repeat pickles four times, and still not receive them. The food was great, but the service was not only rushed, but rude and pushed. I will not be returning to the Tigard Location instead, I’ll just drive a little bit further to go to Nimbus.

Came in around 8pm the manager was very helpful: she answered many questions we had. My son and I first time visit was very pleasant because of her disposition. Thank you Jersey Mikes.

I have had several good sandwhiches here. Last night I ordered a reg super Italian one. It was terrible, with a pile of lettuce, 2 small tomato ends and was saturated in olive oil and no red vinegar despite requesting the blend

Best chain sub shop around. The California Club is my favorite but for some reason it’s not listed on the in-store menu. It’s Turkey, Bacon and avocado. Super nice and friendly staff works here. I love the new location and I will be back frequently.

Went there on the Grand Opening for lunch and was not dissapointed, got a hot Chicken & Ranch sandwitch for a good price. I haven’t really tried any of the other sandwiches as I usually don’t stop by fast food Style restaurants as I cannot eat the food as they usually contain preservatives I cannot eat due to hereditary reasons.

clean, new location. Pricey but all items are labor intensive as they cut / grill the meats on the spot for each order.
