This was my second visit and I was not impressed with the service. Two employees in particular demonstrated unprofessional behavior: the guy slicing the bread and meat showed no teamwork, causing a backup as he sliced multiple orders and immediately became confused as to what was what. Another male employee stomped over with a knife in hand to answer a coworkers question and treated her as an annoyance.

Amazing place! There’s a guy name Tom and he has the perfect energy. He’s very welcoming makes jokes with everyone and just makes the place a better place. He’s always so nice and always in a good mood. This place is awesome and the food is great!

Listen, there aren’t any chains I consider going to frequently, maybe a single Taco Bell for the Baja Blast ratio, but not usually a sandwich shop. But the service here was wonderful. I came in and ordered but had to run to the bathroom while I waited for my sandwich, I was on a lunch break so when I came back and didn’t immediately see my sandwich I assumed I would have to go to the back of the line and start again.

I’m going to give this place another chance because it’s so new but when I placed an online order for pickup I had a less than stellar experience. First, the order wasn’t ready even though I arrived 15 minutes after pick up time. Although they had 6 or 7 people working only 1 person was assembling the sandwiches. They seemed very disorganized as I observed they were making two other sandwiches in between my 3. They also ended up being out of the drinks and cookies I ordered. Not usually an issue, but I was surprised that they sealed my bag in front of me and didn’t bother to mention the substitutions they made so I didn’t realize it until I got home. The sandwiches were good albeit a bit greasy because they douse them in oil and vinegar.

This place’s wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to wait in line or for my mobile order that I placed longer than I would at a sit-down restaurant. They have to get better at helping people in front of them while still fulfilling the mobile orders. They don’t even acknowledge you as you are standing there, obviously waiting to be helped. The food is good but the service here is definitely one of the worst and it has been since opening day. Then on top of that, they get my order wrong. It’s just a disaster here regarding service and wait time.

The workers here need so much training every single time that we go into the store or order online or order through DoorDash or order pick up. Some thing is missing offer sandwich order they forgot something completely. Absolutely horrible. We will pay extra for extra meat extra bacon different things and they will always forget some thing no matter what the sandwiches are delicious even with the missing items that’s why we keep going back but I kid you not we’ve gone here at least 10 times and every single time or orders and complete or missing something.
