The guys working were very unorganized and all over the place switching 3 people making my sandwhich no biggie. But yo have 3 different people at the register swap before I was helped then the guy went off to do other orders in between wiping sweat off his face not washing hands. I paid and after 2 minutes of being ignored asked if I could have my sandwich that was sitting behind the counter after 2 of the 4 guys gave me dirty looks and scoffed at me I was allowed to have my paid for sandwich and not even offered my receipt. I prefer my sandos sweat free and won’t be back.

When the store first opened, everything was fantastic! Great sandwiches, customer service, and portions. Unfortunately, now it’s hardly what it used to be. Today my Giant Original Italian had hardly any meat in it and the person wrapped up my sandwich without asking what toppings or bread I wanted. When I got home and opened it up, it was missing many of the ingredients listed on the menu.

I have been a loyal customer since the Hawaii Kai location opened but now it is a rip off. I called in order 30 minutes ahead of time and they said 20 minutes. Wife got there and said they did not even start making sandwich. When the person started he intentionally made the sandwich really slow on purpose while people in line that just got there were getting their food right away. We decided to order another tonight hoping it was just a bad employee. I ordered Turkey and provolone (Giant) and got a joke of a sandwich with enough turkey for a small croissant. I had to peel apart sandwich to find Turkey. We have gotten many free subs here for being good customers in the past no we are sad we have to go somewhere else.

Called ahead 30 minutes to get our sandwiches they said 20 minutes. We got there in 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started making our sandwiches, they intentionally made them slow when we went to pick them up and they weren’t ready. So we waited another 25 minutes for our food to be made. I used to be a loyal customer but I’m so sick of the employee’s attitude every time we go in, such a waste of time and money. Storto’s in town and Earls in kaimuki is 100% better anyway.
