I enjoy Jersey Mike’s and go often. I avoid this location because of the extremely rude attitude I always get from the employees. Because it is the closest one to my home, I went there today. I regret it like always! Got home and both sandwiches were made completely different than requested. I understand mistakes are made so I went back and was very polite. What got me VERY upset was the attitude these people have. Absolutely no customer service experience. I’ll stick to other locations!!

I ordered veggie cold sandwich and what I got just a bread, bunch of cheese (more than 8-9 slices)& lettuce. Whatever they described in their online menu is all false information. I will never order from this place. Worst experience ever.

If I could give zero stars to this location I would. On December 8th, we walked in to this location at around 8:40. The store was closing at 9:00 and there were still customers inside. It was my first time at Jersey Mike’s. We ordered two sandwiches. I have never encountered more rude and disrespectful employees in my life. They were blasting the music so loudly, they couldn’t hear the customers and they acted like paying customers are such an inconvenience! They refused to answer any of my questions even after being asked multiple times, and proceeded to make my sandwiches with the wrong bread even after being told three times. They busied themselves with cleaning up and did not even bother asking if we needed fresh veggies on the sandwiches. It is safe to say I will not be returning to this establishment. The food is ok but the customer service leaves something to be desired!

Sunday Night around 7pm I called in an order for pickup and was impressed by the greeting and the excellent customer service that I received. I picked up the order 15 minutes later. The sandwiches were prepared exactly as ordered, were ready right on time, and delicious. Great experience for a tired mom needing a break from cooking. I will order again. My sub was incomplete. I asked for mikes way plus mayo and Jalapeños. What I got was a dried sub, no mayo no juice or any spices. Restaurant was dirty…tables dirty, sticky floors and trashcans full. Slow customer traffic and full staff too busy conversation with each other instead of performing their job.

First off, when I arrived and I tried to order, the employee asked me if I could wait a few minutes because he had the whole grill covered with bacon. I explained to him that I was on my lunch break and pressed for time, so he said no problem and proceeded to move the bacon to the side so that he could prepare my order. Long story short, I asked for wheat bread and received some type of rye bread soaked in grease or butter. I’ve ordered the same #56 that I always order and it has never tasted so disgusting. This place almost ruined it for every Jersey mikes. Customer service was mediocre but the food was horrible. I spent $15 and took 2 bites and threw it in the trash!!

I think I’m in love!!!! I took one single bite of a jersey mikes sandwich and I immediately want to retire from togo’s, Jimmy John’s, and especially subway!!! There is just so much flavor especially in the toasted sandwiches. nothing tastes as if it were frozen, it all smells and tastes so darn incredibly fresh and I almost never have to wait more than 5mins to place my order even during rush hour. There is a new girl that appears to be picking up very well and it’s comforting coming in to see friendly faces that have attention to detail and provide a hometown feel. I got great service here and they play such good music too!

Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sandwich shops. Fresh cut meats and cheeses. All toppings are fresh and condiments always yummy! I have been going to this location for awhile. To be clear, I don’t believe Jersey Mike’s did anything wrong. I had a very small window of time to get lunch so I ordered a sandwich in the app. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I probably arrived in less than 15 minutes. Another person was walking in at the same time. She got in line, placed her order and left before my sandwich was ready. My order was probably filled within the 15 minutes that I was told, I didn’t check the time, but it had to be close. But since there wasn’t much of a line, I could have been in and out in less time than if I HADN’T used the app.
