Amazing experience at this Jersey Mikes. The manager Ethan really knows what he’s doing and it shows, Ethan was consistently respectful with all his customers, kept the restaurant clean and tidy, and made the sandwiches very efficiently. I now understand why Ethan is the youngest manager in Jersey Mikes history! Additionally, his staff, Hayes and Lucas were also great at their jobs and provided the best sandwich experience I’ve witnessed. I can’t express how incredible this staff is and it shows in their work.

Brand new Jersey Mikes location in Orange County. The place is super nice. There is plenty of seating inside and the shopping center has seating outside. The sandwiches are super delicious and the meat is freshly sliced or grilled. I tried a cold sub called Club Supreme which has turkey, bacon, roast beef, and Swiss cheese. The roast beef is cooked in store and was nicely cut thin. I definitely will be coming back to this location.

Veterans Day was busy but I felt very taking care of by Byron and his team. He made sure all 12 of my sandwiches were sliced just the way I asked. My family can be complicated sometimes and he didn’t bat an eye or get upset which we run into a lot these days. He wiped down the meat cutter and the counter for my gluten free request which seemed to be a problem when I’ve gone in the past. I’ll definitely be heading back in next time I’m in town.
