I want to thank jersey mikes employees for bringing sandwiches like the big kahuna into this world. It is, by no means an ordinary sandwich. This sub right here has mushrooms, cheese, jalapeños all the right food groups. The employees are attentive and i appreciate that they got my order correct and let me get the jalapeño on the side. Jersey Mike’s is a great fresh cut quality meat sandwich. I always choose this place over other subs. There are plenty of hot and cold sandwich options with some chips, desserts, and craft soda. Service is fast and friendly here and has a fresh clean look.

Just ordered lunch at Jersey Mikes here in Baldwin Park and it is usually pretty good. Today they got all 3 sandwiches that we ordered online wrong. One was the wrong bread, the 2nd one was missing 2 items added to the sandwich & the Italian sandwich I ordered had ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato & vinegar. WTH.

Prior visits go to this location my bread was always stale and dry leaving a mess with pieces all over the place so I tried going a little after opening and the bread was STALE! Why does this location use old bread? I’m curious when they bake it but overall the sandwich was awesome #7 on wheat!! But one thing for sure the young lady (with bad acne sorry) making my sandwich DID NOT want to be there and you can’t blame it on a “long day” because they were only open for about 30-45 min bad attitude stale bread not a good combo

Had a long day just finished a huge load of laundry and it was 7:50 pm Sunday night in Baldwin Park where everything closes early. Thought oh I know I’ll pop into Jersey Mike’s Subs get couple of subs and head on my way. Mind you this is where “Jersey Mike’s has always been about people. From being greeted by our staff when you enter our locations, to giving back to the communities we serve. If you need to get in touch with us, choose an option below – we’re happy to serve you!” When we got there, there was a customer completing his order. So we waited 5 mins, then he got his order and went on his way. We waited about another 5 mins no one in line just 2 female workers acting like they were busy really doing nothing. Then a 3rd worker comes out the back and tries really hard not to make eye contact. Walks over to the other 2 tells them to make 3 subs for I don’t know who there is no one in line. Still no one has greeted us and now we have to wait and watch them make 3 more subs (im sure another 10 mins.). So I turned to my guest and said let’s go I am not waiting another 10 mins. So we left after waiting 10-12 mins mostly alone being ignored by 3 staff members. I also reached out to corporate with en email also to be ignored. In conclusion if I were you friends I would just not go here.

Went in around 12:00 mid day, today a Saturday. About 3 people in line being served very quickly with the up most respect and professionalism. I got a number 8 Mike’s way and a number 9. Both sandwiches were great, fresh, and amazing quality. Definitely will be back soon. Thank you to the Mike’s team for the great service and quality food.

If I could give this location a zero I would. I have tried several times to order delivery through their app and every time something goes wrong. They NEVER read the directions for how we want our sandwiches. Worst of all you try to contact the store and NO ONE ever picks up the phone. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have tried to get someone on the phone here. They don’t even have an email. Food is decent but with customer service like this your better off going to subway or another local sandwich shop. Totally not worth it, even with free delivery.
