The food is always great, pricey but good. The customer service on the other hand is horrible. This is my second visit to this location and the employees are not friendly, they make you feel like they are not happy working there and they are doing me a favor by being there. 5 stars for the food 1 star for the customer service. Management needs to do some customer service training.

The sandwiches are pretty good. The queue for ordering is terrible. There is no room. It slows service down. Not the employees fault. Layout design flaw. Seen this in several JMs now.

Second time to this location, I agree with the customer service aspect other posts have said. The people here seem to either hate working here or just don’t care. Like no eye contact no just what do you want. Which is fine with me small time is inefficient but I try to be nice to people who I interact with and when I get nothing is throws everything off and it’s so awkward. If the environment is really bad to work at I’m sorry but it’s just overall weird at this place might go to another Jersey Mike’s or maybe pick another sandwich place next time.

Probably the best customer service I have been given this year. Biggest complaint is the online system overwhelming the employees with orders. Shame on the cooperation that don’t monitor in-store sales with online orders. Super chaotic for the employees.
