Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Jersey Mike’s has always been my favorite sandwich shop. Not only because the offer gluten free bread, but also because they slice their meat and cheese fresh for every order. This location is a new shop that just opened today. The staff was friendly and helpful (ordering gluten free usually startles people a bit until they become familiar with it). The shop is small but they have tables inside and outside where you can see and eat. If you’re on the go, I recommend downloading, ordering and paying by app so you can just pick up your order and go, plus you earn points toward a free sandwich. Overall, Jersey Mike’s is a great chain and this shop is no exception.

It’s Monday, May 9, 2022, and my wife and I just placed an order to go for our early dinner at this location. The young man that greeted us on the phone was extremely polite, professional, and detailed. You could tell he was genuinely interested in ensuring that every aspect of our order was correct and that he provided the highest level of customer service. At the store, there were 2 other ladies working with him that seemed just as eager to make great sandwiches.

First time leaving a review on anything but i came to this location a week ago and ordered a #2 and #7. The number 2 was not made correctly so the manager told me to come back and they will remake it for me which would have made things right. I come in today and told this middle eastern guy who was cutting the bread what happened and he started questioning me as if I were lying to him. He was telling me well if you were here they couldn’t have made it wrong.. as if I’m staring at them the whole time they are making my sandwich… OK buddy.. The conversation I had with the manager was amazing but that employee needs a refresher on customer service… Never coming back to this location again.
