The gentleman that cut our sandwich meat was very pleasant. The young girl who made our sandwiches was rude and very inexperienced on sandwich making. My husband had a #7. He asked for light lettuce, and she grabbed a huge handful . She had to be told twice, “Light lettuce,” then she added the tomatoes and onions. When it came to the O&V, she shook it so many times that I made a comment to how much she was adding. that I told her not to touch my sandwich, I would add my own when I get home. I’ve been eating Jersey Mike’s for over 10+ years, and I’m sorry shaking the O&V 6 to 7 times is way more than they should. I also told her that when she so rudely told me, that’s how we make the sandwiches. I definitely won’t be back at this location. I will go out of my way to the Las Vegas Blvd location. By the time we got home, less than 5 mins later, his sandwich was mush. I had to run to Albertsons to get a roll to transfer his sandwich meat to.

Just moved to the neighborhood recently. Have been there twice and love the sandwiches. Today we ordered the giant sandwich to split between myself and my fiancee. The clerk said he had to charge us for 2 sandwiches in that case because that’the rule if we wanted different meats on each side. I explained that we did the same thing twice before and that was not brought up before. It makes no sense. If its the same amount of meat why should it matter. The sandwhich is over 15.00 and I should be able to order it the way I wish as long as the same amount of meat. In essence… He called me a liar because he said that was not possible that we did it before, as its “the rule”. No consistency..Nothing posted… We walked out without ordering…Likely never to return.

Honestly, nothing bad to say about JM’s. Absolutely love their sandwiches. Understandably, have to wait for excellent tasting food. When 1 or 2 others are in line, the wait isn’t that bad, but when there is more than that… maybe there needs to be more than one slicer and more crew? Still a BIG FAN!

Went there to try something new and ordered a salad I was disappointed that there was little lettuce in the bowl and when I asked for more I got an attitude then when I asked for the dressing it only squirt out a dab when I asked for more another little dab the bottle was at the end and instead of getting a new bottle she just covered it with the lid and she was done very disappointing wont be going back
