We grabbed lunch here around 11:30 on 7/5 while waiting for our flight. The line was long, but it moved fast, and based on reviews, we thought it would be worth the wait. And we were right! I expected to be disappointed because I really don’t like Subway, but I was blown away by the deliciousness of the big kahuna cheesesteak! We all enjoyed our food, and it made waiting for our flight so much better and definitely far more tasty!

We were passing through from California to Houston and tried Jersey Mike’s because the other restaurants had poor ratings. We don’t ever eat at sandwich places. I had Jersey Mike’s Famous Philly with beef. I added mushrooms and banana peppers and it was amazing! Thankfully there is a Jersey Mike’s in my town. I will be eating there again. My husband had the Big Kahuna with beef and all the veggies and it was delicious. Also, they offer 7in and 14in sandwiches.

Worst Jersey Mike’s experience I’ve had! I loved Jersey Mike’s until yesterday 7/9/23 around 7:10pm. Male employee there was extremely rude – people in line were commenting on it. Asked for a sandwich in a tub. He said they don’t have any tubs. When nicely asked if he could check, he asked another employee to check and she went in the back for one second, didn’t look, and said they didn’t have any. The two employees then proceeded to joke with each other about spitting in customer’s sandwiches. All in all, a stellar experience.

Whomever the guy cutting meat and cheese need some serious job training! He was extremely rude, non social or friendly. Slamming down the sandwiches and not one employee corrected his negative unprofessional behavior. It would be helpful to put a visual order here sign if you plan to keep him on the team. He is not customer service eligible!!! We were already stressed about cancelled and delay flights. No one needed his stanky attitude. I would love an update that a supervisor corrected him.

In general, I like Jersey Mike’s, but my experience at this location was poor. Long-story-short, the employee taking my order did not feel like cutting an Italian sandwich with multiple meats on it. He told me they were “not making Italians”. This is a sandwich I consider quintessential to Jersey Mike’s. I ended up ordering other (1-meat) sandwiches. I figured maybe they were out of one of the meats on the sandwich I wanted.

Employees obviously had a riff with one another. They were not attempting to get orders out in the order they were placed. They gave my sandwich to someone else because they called me by a shortened version of my name then took it back when they person realized they had multiple orders and handed it to me! When food goes to the wrong person and goes back it is typically considered a big health violation to give it to another customer. I was super grossed out and based on what I had seen already it wasn’t going to do any good to say anything so I just went hungry after paying nearly $15 for a sandwich that was cross contaminated.

They messed up my order so I ended up waiting half an hour for the sandwich, while multiple people who were behind me in line got a higher priority to get their sandwiches made. When I got upset by all this, their apology was half-hearted at best. No refund offered just a statement to wait. Will not be coming back.
