We have used this Jersey Mike’s location frequently for catering of our business events. We have always had a great experience and they knock it out of the park. Order is made days in advance and they confirm and always on time. The food is great with proper condiments, plates and napkins included. Kaytlyn is always our delivery person and she is pleasant and customer focused. I would definitely recommend this Jersey Mike’s if you have an event and you want good, reasonably priced food with great customer service.

Never had an issue with this location. Yeah it’s a newer location and staff is still learning probably because this may be there first job. I guess people forgot there first job and how training was like for them. Not all subs are going to look like the commercials or pictures either. If you want to see what your sub looks like go in and watch it get made. Some people have bad days and are not always customer friendly. I usually always order buffalo chicken, the original Philly, tuna or club sub. Sometimes my subs are messy and I’m ok with that. It happens they are rushed. Every time we go in to either pick up our order or make our order the store is clean and the staff is welcoming. I used to go to subway but they started to mess up my order too much so I was so thankful for this location!! Love this location!! Thank you guys so much!!

Please work on providing better customer service and a more welcoming environment. We almost didn’t want to eat inside due to the attitude given by the employee and dirty tables. We saw about 4-5 employees standing around talking, as they were no customers. This would be the perfect time to work on cleaning duties. In addition, my daughter ordered a sandwich on white bread and was given rosemary. She didn’t want me to ask them to correct their mistake, so I didn’t. Please work on order accuracy as well. Repeating the customer order before preparing, may help.

This store should consider hiring all new personnel because this crew has no customer service at all. Headphones in their ears and waited five minutes just to be knowledge to start my order. My family loves Jersey Mike’s, but we will not be spending any more money at this location. I will contact corporate about this evening event.

I recently ordered the #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak from Jersey Mike’s in Verrado and it was delicious! The sandwich was warm and satisfying, and the customer service was excellent. Although my order was a little late, the employee was apologetic and showed great attention to detail. I’m grateful to have this restaurant close to home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding customer service. Overall, my experience at Jersey Mike’s in Verrado was fantastic, and I can’t wait to go back!

When I first walked in I was not greeted.. I was actually ignored as the cashier yelled across and told us we order over there. Then we finally see the sign that says order here at the other end of the restaurant. Once there we wait for the girl to finish a telephone order obviously super overwhelmed. Then was doing stuff and started yelling towards us what we wanted to order and was so rude and non friendly. Your store either needs more equal treatment and responsibility or an attitude/employee change. I felt like an idiot at a new place because they could say hey how are ya? Youll go ahead and order over here. Expectations are being lowered at all these places. Why?

Delicious food and the employees are careful when it comes to food allergies. When ordering a gluten free sub, they asked if it was due to an allergy. They followed the procedures to make sure cross contamination was at minimum when making a sandwich for someone with Celiac. THANK YOU!

I have eaten at this location several times and they are great but the customer service was bad today. We ordered online hoping to save some time. They were busy when we arrived but we waited patiently. THEN everyone that was in line was gone and out of the four employees only one was asking the others about my order so we could get our food. They proceeded to say we go by time and you are still 25 minutes early. Seriously?? I am here in the store and you are just letting me sit. If I had walked up to the counter instead you would have to help me right? I’m sorry but proper customer service would help the people actually in the store waiting rather than let me stand there while you sit in the back doing nothing because your deadline is not here yet. It’s disappointing.
