I love JM and will continue to eat here, but I’m amazed that I’ve never gotten sick from eating here. Slicer is used for both cheese/meat and, in more visits then I can count, I’ve never seen it clean or being cleaned. Slicer is literally caked with old food debris, always. No hair/beard nets, prep station is always covered in bread and food debris, employees touching their face and wiping nose, multiple times, during my last visit while making a different customer’s sub, and everyone doing multiples tasks and touching everything with the same gloves. Every location I’ve been to is younger kids and don’t expect much, if any, friendly service. That being said, their food is good and I’ve never gotten sick so I’ll be back.

The big guy made my sandwich. I asked for mayo on both sides of the bread and he’s usually pretty nice but today he angrily scraped the very empty mayo container for a whole 2 minutes without thinking to refill it or use the full bottle that was right next to him. Instead of flipping the meat onto the other side of the bread to preserve the integrity of my meal he flipped it over the dirty cutting board which had visible crumbs, spices, and God knows what else on it. To top it off he wouldn’t heat my bacon when I asked him to. Who wants cold bacon? That’s disgusting! Dirty sandwich meat is disgusting! Scraping an empty co tai er for somethig that isn’t there is rude, disgusting, and insulting. Disappointing and unsavory. I wholeheartedly recommend avoiding this location

The service here is atrocious. The evening manager sets the tone. He is an absolute slob. He has dirty hair hanging out of his visor hat. Instead of cleaning the staff hangs out on their phones at the tables. And reluctantly get up to take orders. I went for my last time to this location. It’s a shame because the food is great at other locations

Place is dirty. Flies are a plenty. Girl used same rag, first to wipe counter then to clean meat slicer. Cashier had gloves on, went from bagging food, running register to cutting sandwiches. Tables are dirty. Wondering abut health violations…

This is the second time I’ve ordered thru DoorDash from this location and the sandwich is completely not what I ordered again! Ordered a #8 Club Sub got a Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and jalapeños; clearly someone else’s order. Won’t be giving them my business again since they clearly can’t read an order correctly!

So sad to do this today, ordered through doordash app and they get it all wrong. Tried to call them, they don’t answer. No way to file a complaint online either. Pretty hard to screw up which sandwich goes with what order, if you don’t remember then open up the wrap and verify it is the correct one. This is what irritates customers and the whole minimum wage argument. You are being paid to do a job, screw up then no recourse for the customer who paid extra to use a app service cause they cannot leave work and pay extra for that service. Bravo on screwing a loyal customer over

Ordered sub online made me something completely different with the wrong bread even. Then told me that they where sorry they didn’t know how to make the sub I had ordered. I told them that this had to be a joke they clarified again they had no idea between 5 employees and a manager couldn’t make a sub that is on the menu. Said that they would make it up giving me a free sandwich of my choice and then proceeded to get the bread wrong again and made the wrong size and tried to charge me for 2 subs. Suggest never going to this location unless corporate comes in and first trains staff how to make the menu and teach the employees to honor what they say aswell as follow simple instructions like getting the bread right atleast…it is only a sandwich shop not a very difficult or mentally demanding job…

Since opening my wife and I have been to this store weekly either by going in person or having food delivered. Consistency and knowledge of the menu is lacking by staff. I regularly have to remind them of what is on each sandwich. Yesterday my mother ordered a #26 off their menu and got terrible food poisoning which sent her to the emergency room. Only thing she ate all day was that sandwich so it definitely was the sandwich. Tried calling the main number for the restaurant as listed on their website and got an automated error message instead of a working number. It was during open hours and wanted to advise them of bad food but couldn’t reach them. We will be avoiding this store for a while to see if they can improve. So sad because we love Jersey Mike’s!
