Two weeks ago I ordered a #17 it was made wrong called and was told just come back in and they would make a new sandwich I said it would be a week or two before I can get back no ticket was left bought a new sandwich, but will be going to centerville location from now on.

Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The staff are always friendly and the food is delicious! The chicken bacon ranch is absolutely amazing! Mike’s philly cheesesteak isn’t too bad either. Their bread is always fresh and they load your sandwich up, unlike the other sandwich place named after a mode of transportation…..

They were fast and friendly. I requested gluten free bread and they asked if they should wipe the counter and everything if I had an allergy. First time I’ve ever had a restaurant do that. I appreciated it.

Good food, they seem to turn staff quickly so they are always training people. The seating area is small so we usually get our food to go. The line can be long so if you want a hot sandwich use the app and order ahead.

Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. I placed an online order for 7:15 and arrived at 7:30. It hadn’t even been made. There were plenty of other online orders being taken at that time. I waited another ten minutes and it still wasn’t ready so I had to leave without it so I wouldn’t be late for work.

We love Jersey Mike’s. The sandwich was very good, but could’ve use a little more sauce. Our only complaint is that the young man who waited on us continually played with his hat off and on, shaking it back and forth. I didn’t really appreciate somebody playing with their hat and their hair when I’m trying to have a sandwich made. The cleanliness and quality of Jersey Mike’s is always superb. Today I was very disappointed.

Probably the worst service I’ve NEVER received. Ordered online today, order said it would take 45 minutes. Wasnt done when I arrived, it was chaos behind the counter, many others waiting. I waited 15 more minutes and no sandwich, employees were arguing with each other, profanity. What a joke. They refunded my order. Pretty bummed because they have awesome sandwiches, never go back though.

I grew up eating Jersey Mikes on the east coast. I was excited when this location opened up. Up until this sandwich the others were okay but not melt in your mouth delicious. This sandwich was fabulous.
