This location is the absolute Worst! I have never had to wait over an hour for a sandwich with less than 10 people in store. I pre ordered online. Then it says show up in an hour, that’s rediculous, then I have to keep waiting past that. You need a new manager and a while new team. They just are fooling around joking, laughing, having fun, chatting, and not taking to the customers. Will drive to another location rather than come here. What a terribly run location for such good sandwiches. Sad sad day, was sorry excited for this location to open. While I was waiting the person cutting the meat kept wiping her nose with the back of her hand. Seriously? Your preparing for for people.

My wife and I adore the food but have observed catastrophic dysfunction within the staffing every time we patronize this location. Managers prioritize belittling the employees in front of the 20 plus customers wanting their purchases, whether on line or in person. I do not appreciate being reprimanded by any associate because they failed to offer me a choice of bread. I am disgusted by the professionalism that was lacking when buying a simple sandwich. If Managers think it is okay to belittle employees in front of customers maybe it would be beneficial for this patron to broadcast the waste of money and time to experience good food at this location. It was an absolute horrible experience and I want to warn the general public about this place being ghetto and not worth going to EVER!

With 7 employees you would think you could get decent service. We ordered three sandwiches, two were made incorrectly the club was missing the bacon and we were given a different hot sub than was ordered. When taking back up to get our correct item the girl working argued with us insinuating that WE ordered what she gave us. After about 3 min of back and forth the “manager” just told her to remake what we had actually. ordered. Sandwhich bar was dirty with food all over where your sandwhich is placed on top of while they dress it up, all the tables were dirty with crumbs. We won’t be going back.

Two different experiences that make me leave this. One watching them spill a pile of cups on a very dirty floor to be picked back up and put out to use. I told them that is disgusting and after I made a comment they threw them away. Newest experience is a very rude employee and having them throw my sandwich on an already dirty counter with nothing under it, then they knocked it over causing it to spill more onto the counter where my toppings are touching a dirty counter. They pick it up in front of me put it back together and start wrapping it up. I mention I don’t think this is right and she tells me I will be fine. Therefore I will not be returning to this location no matter how good the actual food is.

I there was a 4 1/2 star I’d do that for the following reasons. They are great sandwiches. My only issue with them is the wait. Every time we go there, if we can find parking, we wait in line 20 to 30 min. Cause they don’t have enough help and the fill the online orders ahead of the people actually there. It usually takes my 30 min lunch break just to get my sandwich.

Nothing Wrong with the food. The Service is AWEFUL. I tried to call in an order an Hour ago and NOBODY ANSWERED.After 3 attempts I had to just go and order in an already long line. Then the pimple faced kid just stood like a Deer in the headlights after I asked him if I can pay. Where did Good Customer service go anyway? I would stop going here if the Food wasn’t so damn good.
