Nothing special to distinguish this sandwich shop from any others, and the items are overpriced. We were not given a choice as to what kind of bread. Also, apparently, those who need gluten-free must pay $2.00 more. We will not be going back.

Driving all day, stopped in for lunch on our way back to Colorado. Sandwiches were great! We’re originally from New Jersey, so we really love Jersey Mike’s

The worst customer service not just in Laramie but In all locations. Asked what his name is he said Andrew (if that’s true) I wouldn’t ask him any questions about a sandwich he will rip your head off. Don’t recommend and wouldn’t go back.

I ordered the day before for a catering pick up at 11:15. When I got there I was handed an order and they helped me take it to my car. Then I had to come in and order an additional sandwich and in that time they told me that I was given the wrong (very large order). I brought the food back in, which I thought was weird to begin with because why can they take it back? Then I waited about 20 more minutes for my sandwiches to be boxed and bagged. All the chips were going to be the same until I asked for a variety in the boxes and the employee with the pink hair told me that was all they had. She was rude and unhelpful to everyone behind the line and myself and another employee fixed the chip issues very pleasantly. The whole obnoxious experience was about 45 minutes long.

The employees should know every ingredients for each sub. No special request from me. It annoys me when I was asked which ingredients I want him to add. I specifically said “Original Italian” without special request.

Came in and ordered with no problem and with friendly service. Max was incredibly nice and was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Great job Max!

Thank you to the employees that are keeping this business afloat. I understand when people are in a hurry but, there is absolutely no need to be rude. I saw a customer treat an employee like garbage tonight and there is no excuse for that. They are doing the best they can with what they have. I appreciate the hard work and kindness from these employees. Thank you again.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant 3 times. All from the app, so this review is only from the stand point of ordering online. If you are thinking you might be hungry at 12 you better get your order in by 11 and be prepared to wait when you get to the restaurant. What’s the point of ordering online and the app tells you a time it will be ready and you still have to wait another 15-20 mins after the time it should have been done. The sandwiches are fine but if I do decide to go back ( and that’s a strong if) I think I might just try walking in and ordering at the front counter.

I was very pleased when this Jersey Mike’s just recently opened up here in Laramie. However, it has steadily gone downhill. Yesterday was a tipping point when I waited over 15 minutes to order and to find the place had run out of things like whole wheat bread, tomatoes and the Super Sub I ordered was supposed to be a 3 meat one… definitely wasn’t that. I basically handed my wife when I got home a ham and cheese sandwich with a bunch of lettuce on it. Sanitation is questionable and I saw a very questionable food handling practice with what looked like a ham end thrown in the meat refrigerator. Employees uniform appearance is dirty. They ought to be wearing aprons. Clearly, ownership needs to be giving more attention to the operation. Like if you run out of tomatoes, there is a Ridley’s grocery store right across the street to buy some emergency supplies…the answer should not be we are out. I am.not giving up on the place, but hope it makes some significant improvements.

Don’t be fooled by the LED open sign being off before the posted closing time of 9pm. I saw the girl turn it off at 7:45pm while in line to order and when I asked the cashier if they changed the closing time she said no. I gestured toward the sign and she said, oh…. It’s broken. Actual sandwich was very very very tasty and expertly prepared. I can imagine that turning off the lights being bad for business and the manager should put a stop to it. I would have visited twice on other occasions.
