I enjoy jersey mikes, I really do, but this location makes me want to stop coming. Every single time I come in to this store, the guy which I’m assuming is the manager as he’s there every single time I come in, has a MASSIVE attitude. I’ve never seen someone be so disrespectful every. Single. Time. I come in. There is not a single instance where this store has had an attitude problem towards their customers. None of them act like they actually want to be there (understandably so sometimes, but don’t treat your customers that badly). The manager really needs an attitude check. Today he asked me “Are you going to order?” In a hostile tone rather than asking me what I would’ve liked. I’ve had instances where I needed to order multiple subs and instead of asking me if I wanted anything other than the one sub he would ask the next person in line causing me to wait for him to start checking me out to say “ you can check the next guy out, I needed another sub.” I don’t like verbally confronting someone at their workplace, but I’m really tired of this behavior from this guy. I’ve watched him disciple lower employees in an extremely unprofessional way to the point of getting within an inch of a young woman’s face, and yelling at her for not being fast enough on the makeline. When he makes orders he’s throwing the product and slamming things. Even today he quite literally slammed the bread knife on the counter for his coworker. Please do something about this man.

A little over a week ago I went to your sore and despite the fact that it was super cloudy outside and after 8pm all of your blinds were down giving me the impression that you were closed even though you were still open, I go into the store and the two young men are cleaning up getting ready to close even though they’re still like 45 minutes left until they close. So I asked for a number 17 and they told me that the grill has already been cleaned and it is closed and that they cannot make me a hot sandwich even though they still had 45 minutes left till closing time which to me is unacceptable I should be able to get whatever sandwich I want as long as your doors are still open. So basically they left the blinds down cleaned up early trying to prepare to go home instead of focusing on the fact that we are not closed yet and if someone walks to the store they should be able to get your full service and anything on the menu until you are closed

Got food from this location 20 minutes ago and found out they substituted one of my items cause they were out of what I originally ordered. They didn’t let me know they were out when I went in to pick up my food and just decided themselves that I was fine with whatever. On top of this I didn’t realize till I was already home, meaning I had to call them. I had to call the store 13 TIMES before anyone answered me (mind you my gf called first and they disconnected the line when she kept calling). Was finally answered by Christian, who honestly sounded intoxicated and was barely comprehensive, just to be told that “he doesn’t know”. Please go to a different jersey mikes y’all ♂️

Absolutely astounding. Hands down blown away… Spotless Restaurant, clean bathrooms, good music, AMAZING food, and get this even better staff. Felt cared for the staff were quick and efficient. The famous Philly I went with exceeded my expectations nice and fresh bread. The whole restaurant sort of smells like a really fresh bread it’s very pleasing.This jersey mikes has inspired me to go to more in the future. Thank you.

Ordered online through the app for delivery from this location yesterday and after being notified that my food was on the way I get a text over an hour after the notification that my order from this location had been ‘modified or canceled and to call the store directly.’ I called the store, but would be hung up on. I tried calling for hours but no one would pick up the phone and a few times it would only ring once before being hung up on. There is no excuse for this to happen. I was charged for food and didn’t get it so someone had gotten that stolen food.

Been coming here for a while now and have never seen the station so messy. I had to ask the younger male to clear their station before placing all 3 of my sandwiches on a spill of red vinegar and wilted lettuce. And then before I asked for lettuce on my sandwich, I had to ask the female to CHANGE out the disgusting pink wilted lettuce, which after making my sandwich, was dumped ON TOP of the fresh lettuce and still served it to other customers behind me. I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because the female took great care of us at the end but that younger white male on shift at 11am was rude and frustrated that we asked him to do his job which should’ve already been done without a customer having to ask.

I go to jersey mikes all the time. Just not this one, and now I know why. Whilst food is up to snuff. The service and overall atmosphere is atrocious. It’s like none of the 4 people there, wanted to be there. Plus I have military ID, and showed it, they did not give the 5% off, other jersey mikes do. My opinion, go to any other jersey mikes in the springs, BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!!!

I came in there at open and was informed they had no bread because no one opened. I get walking into that but the attitude, got day or two day old bread cause that’s what they use for hot sandwiches. It was the only bread and well a fail, plus the line was a mess and kinda a disappointment.
