The sandwiches are pretty good but not for the price. I ordered a plain 8 with meat and cheese only and a Pepsi. The total was 23.50 .

The food is so good! The service is not great. There were 4 employees there last night. I was 2nd in line, it took over 20 minutes to get my food. I ordered a cold sub and a hot sub. The woman was making the cold sandwich while the other 3 employees were sweeping and wandering around. It wasn’t until my cold sub was finished, wrapped, bagged, and I paid that the hot sub was even started. Seems like there should be some efficiencies implemented.

Don’t get me wrong, the subs taste great. But they are not good enough to justify spending $17 bucks for what literally every other sub shop Would consider a half, or 6 inch sub and a large tea. I had to stop for lunch after I got lunch. I’ll be making my lunch decisions with my wallet from this point forward. I could have went to either subway or jimmy john’s and gotten a full sized stuff for what I paid for half of a sub here. I couldn’t recommend this shop in good conscience, taking the tiny portions with the expensive pricing for effectively half of the food.

First time here. No greeting. Didn’t ask how I wanted my sandwich made. No thanks or appreciation for coming in. Sandwich was okay. Would have been better if they’d asked how I wanted it. Nobody asked how the meal was. Nobody said thanks when I left. May as well have had lunch with my ex

Very slow service. Nothing but young teenagers running this location. Very messy and chaotic inside. Ordered online at 11:20 for pick up. Quoted to pick up at 11:44, I arrived and my order wasn’t ready until 12:06. They made our hot subs first then put them in a bag on top of our cold drinks!!! Then had to wait while they made our cold subs. Meanwhile the hot subs were now cold and bread was soggy. Not going back to this location.

Second time coming to this location. First time, cook was backed up an the guy doing register ignored me for 10mins. After the female manager came from the back she told him to assist an he put loads of toppings. Not sure if it was properly trained or just can’t handle restaurant work. Second time. I noticed their hours were put on the inside of the door not outside, thought that was interesting. Came in no one was in this time waited 5mins then the team came in the front an one from the bathroom. Bread wasnt ready or completely made. Idt this location is up to par with their team (even tho they are nice). Just professional opinion. Also personal opinion they don’t pay their managers enough. Think they under pay all their staff an if it was above poverty level [$27+hr for manager an 20hr+, doesnt matter its just a samdwhich shop or coffee. No one can survive off $20 or less] pay maybe they would make more effort an go above an beyond. You do get what you pay for. Food is great period even if you don’t get what you pay for.

Sandwich was pretty good, but the wait time was ridiculous. Why customers standing in line have to wait for online orders to be filled is something that I do not understand. Have someone specifically there to fill the online orders so that the people in the store don’t have to wait 15 minutes for their sandwich. I had one sandwich, 15 minutes. Back to Jimmy John’s or Firehouse Subs who are much faster.

This is a new location, and I received coupons in the mail to try it out. The Italian sandwich was very good. However, their giant sandwiches are a bit pricy. The employees were pleasant.

Went to the new store today for the first time at about 430 Easter Sunday. walked in and no one was out front and I could hear voices in the back laughing and joking quite loudly. The store was a mess. Food all over the counter and floor. I gave them 5 minutes. Then yelled for their attention. Took me 3 tries to get their attention then 4 kids came up front. The first person washed his hands before putting gloves on. The other 3 did not. They didn’t apologize or anything just asked what my order was. Then sliced the bread and plopped it down on the filthy counter. Put the meat on it then shoved it over to put the other items on it. You could see all the crumbs and old food pile up when they pushed it over. Quite disgusting. Seriously doubt I will ever go back to this store which is sad because I’ve always loved their sandwiches.
