She then proceeded to politely welcome the people ahead of me and also politely took their order. Not sure if it’s because I’m Hispanic or what, but that was disappointing. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich, it was so soft, warm and delicious!!! The cashier had a hard time figuring out the BOGO scouts coupon, but he got it to work. I would have uploaded a picture of my sandwich but I already ate it… Note: the regular size is big enough for one person, maybe 2 even people.

Not kidding when I say that the customer service I received gives me hope for humanity. The people working tonight were outstanding. They took their time and made sure to make our food with care. Wow! The food is amazing!! My husband and I shared the #99 (Philly with mushrooms and jalapeños). Holy cow! If I never eat another sub again, I’d be happy knowing it was the best sub I’ve had in a very long time. It was hot, cheesy, saucey (but just right), and cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and very outgoing; it made our first time there a comfortable experience. We were gifted a brownie, which will be another must try when we return. If you are in the fence about trying Jersey Mike’s, please let this review be the reason you go and LOVE IT!

First I want to say thank you to those who decide to show up for work. These days I know just like you do, this within itself is a blessing. Now onto my first world gripe! We really really enjoyed their punctuality of service when this location first opened. Ever since then the owner hasn’t really been working the line and it shows. When he was there he was very personable which made everyone else the same way. Now, the service horrid. We call ahead to avoid the rush and without fail if the online order says it’ll be ready at 11:20 am, I’ll show up ready to go and still manage to not get out of there till sometimes 11:40 for example. The longest I have waiting on an online order is nearly 30 minutes past the time the order said it’d be ready. I bite my tongue and try to not place any pressure on the staff but this will have been 4 orders in a row that have not been ready within an acceptable timeframe declared it’d be ready. So i ask why the online order ahead feature? Why no offer to compensate for the tardy order. YES I know they’ll say “sorry for the wait” but again this isn’t why we fell in love with this place! Foot is awesome and should be comparable to declared ready time! Please don’t be bait and switch company!
