I eat at Jersey Mike’s around town at least once a week. Have some favorite spots. This was not one of them. First off I ordered a # 55 chicken big Kahana as a wrap and ask if they could “add” lettuce and tomatoes when they wrapped it up. The guy taking my order then told me that the lettuce and tomatoes don’t come on the sandwich and did I still want it. I Said that why I ask to add it. No problem figured was just making sure. Then they cooked up the sandwich and they didn’t heat up the tortilla and served it raw. Again okay not first time but always better when the tortillas are warmed. As it was a Kahana it is supposed to have mushrooms and peppers and extra white cheddar cheese. Well once I got the wrap no mushrooms no peppers no cheese and the tomatoes were still green on the inside. Again not happy but okay. But what really turned me off was watching the woman who cooked my meat mixture make other sandwiches and as she put the lettuce on other sandwich and thing that fell off onto the slide rail she either threw back onto the sandwich or put it back in the lettuce bin. I thought that was supposed to be scraped off into excess bin and not reused. Well anyway I won’t be eating at this location again. Other places in this area I would rather eat at. Love Jersey Mike’s but can’t stand this location.

Good food. Workers are very busy filling all the orders fairly well. But management is inept since the pick up rack has been moved from a place where customers can see their orders to next to the grill. Now you have to be assertive and interruptive with the employees to have them check the rack for your order multiple times since they have too much going on to be able to remember your name. That is a stupid way to arrange the store. Do better.

I ordered online for pickup in Arvada. Made sure to input our zip and it defaulted to this location for pickup. Tried to call to cancel. Called about 7 times and it just rang. They didn’t pick up the phone.

Best Jersey Mike’s in the area! The staff are super friendly, have been there forever, and know how to make a good sandwich.

This was the second time this location completely messed up my pick up order. The first time I gave it a pass as my #8 was made the standard way, though I had made a couple changes.

These guys are the most hard-working, most respectful people I have ever met! Above and beyond! They all deserve a raise.

They have to get mobile order pick up figure out. Waited 20 minutes for someone to ask who my order is for to get it from behind the counter.

Ordered a sub for at 11:30 12 pick up. Arrived in store and sat until 1230…. Other people were waiting just as long. Turn off online orders if you can’t handle the demand. A steak and cheese shouldn’t take an hour to make. To top it off the attitude in the store is horrible from the workers. Upset with the customer as if it’s our fault the sandwich is taking an hour to make… lost a customer in me

I purchased from this location via their app on a hot Sunday afternoon while relaxing at a friend’s complex pool. I NEVER request delivery because I prefer to pick up my food to ensure everything is good, especially when it’s close (8 min), but my friend insisted since we were in the pool and didn’t want to change out of wet clothes. We both had special instructions (sub cheese w/ another, crispy bacon, all the annoyances lol, etc.) and they executed all instructions perfectly! The delivery was complete opposite. Beyond rude because he couldn’t follow directions and even insulted/cursed at us through text. They use third-party vendors so I know it wasn’t their fault. When I called to ask if I could rescind the tip and get refunded on the delivery fee, I was surprised while reviewing my account Monday morning to find that they completely refunded the entire order! Definitely was not looking for that as the end goal, but the customer service was something I wanted to praise them for. The manager Sean/Shawn? (not sure the correct spelling) was extremely kind and compassionate and although again, not his fault, apologized profusely for the bad delivery experience – so 5 stars for the customer service and getting our order just right 🙂
