I was not initially greeted when I first walked in first red flag. It took a couple minutes before anybody even asked what I wanted to order second red flag. Got home one of the sandwiches was not what I wanted so I didn’t immediately eat it . I finally decided to eat it because I’m 9 months pregnant and hungry it was just ok took a few bites on my fourth bite I felt something weird in my mouth and what do you know it was hair and a thick string of it ew they did not care honestly just offered a refund no apologies I will never spend money at this place. Oh and here’s the kicker they have no manager on duty wow

I ordered my sandwich online, knowing it would be busy around lunch. My confirmation email told me my order would be ready to pick up by 1:12 pm and to grab it from the take out order shelf when I arrive. I was there a few minutes early but I didn’t get my sandwich until almost 1:30 when an employee finally asked me what name was on the order I was waiting for. They left my order sitting on the counter ready to go the entire time so my sandwich was a little soggy. I get it gets busy but waiting that long for a sandwich is ridiculous. They weren’t even using the take out shelf. A few other people seemed to be waiting a while too. Not happy.

Today is my birthday so I have been collecting birthday rewards around town, for those of you that don’t know, Jersey Mikes gives you a free sub on your birthday. I had signed up today so I had not yet received my email code and today is my actual birthday. Any, the supervisor went ahead and comped my sub anyways without the code and made sure herself and all of the staff told me HBD. This was the best experience I had today. Thank you again Amy!! People like you make the world a better place!

Ordered a Philly Cheese, and my sandwich wasn’t cut in half, the sandwich itself is soggy, smushed and overall unappealing. Presentation and cutting of sandwiches definitely need to be drastically stepped up. Not happy at all

I did an online order that was supposed to be ready at 12:30. Ended up waiting 20+ minutes while watching at least 10 people get through the line. Did not get my order until 12:50. Why offer online orders if you aren’t efficient with them?

Love JMs original Cheesesteak. The best fast food sandwich anywhere.

WHAT A CON-$32 for 25lbs of lettuce and mayo on what should have been a tuna sandwich-is the staff so incompetent they don’t know how to make a sandwich with tuna and cheese-and is Jersey Mike’s so stingy that you only get one slice of tomato-and exactly how is one supposed to eat a sandwich that is so soggy you can’t even pick it up-THIS STORE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN-WHAT A CON!

If you ever made a sandwich then you’ve been to Jersey Mike’s. The only real difference is they slather it with so much oil that you can’t clean your hands off.
