My sandwiches were delicious and just the right size for me. I like the Jersey Mike’s original sandwich with lots of sauce. The staff were excellent. Keep up the good work, and don’t disappoint me is all I ask.

Subway who? First time at JerseyMikes and I loved it. The service was great and the food was delicious. Nice big sandwiches, tasted fresh and a regular is actually like a 6″ at subway, plenty of meat and sides.

Went in today to order sandwiches, while waiting on line watched the sandwich maker barely clean the topping area, sliding bread through oil and vinegar, while putting oil and vinegar on sandwiches I watched it splash of the board onto oncoming sandwiches waiting to be made (most particularly mine). When she finished the previous sandwiches she again did not completely clean the sandwich board leaving oil and vinegar on the board and slid the sandwich through it. When I told her that I wanted me bread because I do not like the oil and vinegar on my sandwich and watched her drag my sandwich across it and had watched it splash on the top layer of bread while making the previous sandwich, she started to argue that it didn’t. Then got a little attitude and started making faces at the meat guy because I then told her to cancel my sandwich. The cross contamination was bad enough, but the attitude I got for not wanting my sandwich to touch the oil and vinegar was just unnecessary.

The subs were not bad nor were great, they were ok, but I was expecting more. The Italian original I believe it was called was really good that one I recommend, but the Buffalo and the famous Jersey Mike steak were ok. I was expecting more. The staff were courteous and professional. I would go again try some of the other subs. I will give a 3 stars because of the subs

My girls and I were so happy with our experience at this Jersey Mike’s. Everyone there greeted us with a smile. They asked us about our day, and they were all talking with us and just so incredibly genuine! The girl who took our order was so friendly, Abel was so awesome, and our cashier was also so amazing! Best service we’ve had in awhile!! Thank you all!! You made our day!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Went into the new Jersey Mikes on Pebble Hills this past Sunday. I had 2 cards for free regular subs. My wife ordered a mini and I ordered a regular sub when one of the employees who I’m assuming was the manager told me I should just upgrade my sub to the giant or XL. I told him I was fine witd our subs since we had the free cards for regular subs anyways. He then told me he would just upgrade me to the Giant sub and I could use the 2 free regular card subs for it. We got our subs along with 2 fountain drinks and 2 bags of chips. While I was still talking with the said employee the cashier charged my wife and collected the 2 free cards from her who was also engaging in the conversation and didn’t pay attention to the transaction amount. Today I was going thru our recent bank statements and noticed a charge for $28.29 from Jersey Mikes which seems a lot for 2 free subs, drinks, and chips. I’m almost positive they just collected the free cards and still charged us full price for everything. I can only blame myself for not paying closer attention to the total price but that was still wrong on the part of Jersey Mikes for trying to upsale and not honor the free cards. First and last time we will be going there.

Food was good but the customer service and time management to get 2 sandwhiches ready and charged for is horrible. Yes, it was a busy time but there were 8 employees and only maybe 3 seemed to know what they were doing. The cashier seemed very lost without any rush to get the orders wrapped and bagged and to charge, just standing there. They have no system on how to have an assembly line to get orders ready, packed and charged. One person had said they were waiting 40 minutes for their sandwhiches. Another said 20 minutes and had placed their order in the app. We waited 20 minutes…. Will not be going there again, especially after we brought up our concern, they all got defensive and rude and did not know how to even simply say sorry for the wait, no customer service skills at all. Assistant Manager did not say anything and seemed like they didnt know what they were doing or have a handle of their employees.
