I love Jersey Mikes the food is great, other sub shops don’t exist to me anymore! The north 10th location staff is always really friendly however, they are really, really slow at the best of times. If it’s busy forget about it you’ll burn 30-45 minutes waiting for your sandwich and if you attempt to get around this by ordering online your sandwich will never be ready when the email says it is no matter how early you place the order.

The food and service have always been excellent when I come to this location. I got the original Mike’s Famous Philly with their Rosemary bread, it was made fresh to order and delicious! The restaurant is very clean and tidy. Restrooms here are for one single person but also very clean.

The staff here has trained me to order FAR ahead of time when using the app for a take out order. Even giving 30 minutes more than the app says, I arrive to find I have been charged and there is no sandwich. There are illiterate peasants all over the globe who can be trained to make sandwiches — the staff at this location cannot!

I absolutely love their sandwiches, my favorite is their big Kahana Philly but I went with my husband on his lunch break and we got our sandwiches, mine was wrong and when they remade it they didn’t make it how I had requested (different bread) and it was about 20 minutes before I got my sandwich once they remade it. The staff seems so unhappy, the lady on the register never smiled. There was one guy I want to say was the manager, he kept a good attitude and moved his staff around to rotate when things weren’t going smoothly. It was unfortunate my husband was done before me and I had to rush through mine for us to get him back to work on time when we had an hour.

Hard to get the right order. Same thing I get each time. Three times wrong I was finally able to call. Said a manager would make for me next visit. That didn’t happen, although my sub in a tub was near perfect. Peppers raw, I do prefer them cooked like other locations do.
