Jersey Mike’s made its way into our lives and it became our favorite sub shop place. The staff is super friendly despite all being young they’re all super attentive. normally we get it delivered but we ate inside on this visit. The building is super clean and the hot sandwiches we’re excellent. The portions are always generous and they’re not skimpy with the meat.

Wow! Love Jersey Mikes but today left me unsatisfied. No Rosemary Parmesan bread, no guacmole for my California Club, bacon burned, out of lemonade, trash & cup lids strewn about the drink area, & no towels in barroom to dry my hands on. What happened??

Went in today at 10:30am and ordered a regular size Tuna fish sandwich. This sandwich is way overpriced, with no taste, even though I got it “Mike’s way”. Never again. I have eaten there a few times when this location first opened but I have always thought their sandwiches are too expensive.

Literally the worst location ever. Every single time I order here there is an issue. If you order online and they are out of something be ready for them to put whatever they want on it and not tell you. Something is always wrong and they couldn’t move any slower. Good luck trying to hear back from the manager or corporate they don’t care. This one location makes me never want to eat at any of their stores again.

They had five people working I had to ask to have a table cleaned off is every table in the place was dirty. They only had French bread I don’t understand why they didn’t have more bread during the mid afternoon it was only 3 pm. The floor was dirty this restaurant is ran very poorly I wouldn’t. recommend to anyone.

Avoid this location, if not ALL Jersey Mike’s. They fire people with disabilities, even though the employee is STELLAR otherwise.

I’m giving this one 5 stars because there honestly was nothing major I had yo complain about. The worst possible thing I could say, would be that I didn’t prefer their Stubborn brand Root Beer. I drank it and it wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t what I thought it would be either. The drink aside, my wife and ordered The Original Italian, giant sized on rosemary and parm bread. They don’t have a variety of things to put on your sandwich, but that’s not bad. It actually makes it easier. We were both impressed with watching as the meat was put in a slicer and then straight to our sandwich. So you know it hasn’t been sitting out all it’s fresh cut. We had it “Mike’s way”, I believe is what the Sandwich Smith called it. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles, with oil and vinegar, then salt and pepper. And he didn’t just do a little sprinkle here and there. He splashed that vinegar over the whole sandwich and then did the same with the oil, salt and pepper. It was kinda nice to see it just thrown on there like it was meaningful art! The sandwich too, wasn’t this thin limp looking thing. It was seriously stacked and bigger than a foot!

Not a bad place. If it’s a pig and you dress it up it’s still a pig. Just another subway, sub sandwich, deli type shop. Not better then any nor any worse then any other.

I was waiting inside for a friend to arrive so that we could order together and I was standing over near where I guess the pickup area is for online orders and the guy came over and grabbed the bag that was sitting there and put it behind him as though I was going to steal it I asked him why he did that and he said his company policy which I know is a lie because I watched the female come in and just grab a bag and leave nothing said I was just standing there waiting and I guess he thought I was going to steal it so I decided I’m not going to spend my money here if they think I’m just going to steal from them

Although they do have good sandwiches; this location doesn’t seem to understand the ADA standards set by the Federal Government; they discriminate against disabled employees. I don’t know if they are a franchise but I would never frequent a business that openly discriminates against people with disabilities.
