Evening 8/25/23 – So, where do I start…employees clearly had better places to be by their attirudes. After placing my order and the worker piling the ingredients on the flat top, I walked to the register, he also rang me up. Here’s another fast food establishment with only walk up counter service prompting me for a tip …as soon as I hit NO tip, and he waited to see my selection…, he walked right back to the flat top, tossed the ingredients once or twice, put it on the bread, wrapped it up and gave it to me in nearly the same exact time it took me to fill my fountain drink and set my drink down at a table near the door. Opened the sandwich at a table inside, it was dripping wet from not being properly cooked, soaked my hands, bread falling apart and half cooked ingredients all over the sandwich paper. Gross. I ate half of it and tossed the rest. Retaliation for no tip? Sure seemed like it. Avoid for poor service, poor product and for ridiculous tip prompting for counter service. $14 down the drain.

Love this restaurant and location. Everyone has been very nice each time we have been in. The last 2 times we have been in -usually in the evenings – Evelyn has assisted us. She is SUPER nice and friendly! We enjoy the #17 Mikes Famous Philly, #16 Mikes Chicken Philly and/or #13 The Original Italian. Must try!

First off, let me say I love Jersey Mike’s and we were excited when this location – my husband and I stop by once a week (we’ve been coming here for the past 6 weeks). However, 5 of those 6 times, my order is wrong. The one time it was correct is when we dined in. 4 times it didn’t have the bread I requested, and I deal with it because I was already home and the inside of the sandwich was always correct. This time though, I ordered online, double checked my order before submitting it. When I picked up my order, I opened up the package before I got to my car to check to check the bread… Peeked and it was good. Went home and as soon as sat down to eat, I had peppers in my sandwich. It was already too close to closing or I would have called. It is the 5th time of my order being incorrect!!! 5 times out of 6! They always make my husband’s food correctly. I always think maybe they don’t hear my order correctly because I’m soft spoken but since I did the order online I was so sure they could not screw up again but they proved me wrong. Jersey Mike’s is expensive opposed to other sandwich shops but they use good ingredients, so I pay for better quality but at this point it’s a slap in the face. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the sandwiches are good, especially when they get your order right.

This is a newly opened store, and they seem to still be working the kinks out. Sunday carry out order. I attempted to call this restaurant a few times and each time, after a ring or 2 an automated message stating “no one is able to take your call” came on. Delicious food but there was no parking near this restaurant, and there was no walkway from the back parking lot to the front. Very loud and busy inside, on the verge of chaotic. 1 out of my 3 sandwiches was the wrong sandwich. I will order from here again and hopefully it’ll be smoother sailing.

If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. First off I decided to order dinner on the way home from Houston and called the store to place an order. The person on the phone told me they don’t take phone orders and I would have to use the app. Well not at 65 miles an hour. So I went directly to the store and not one hello or a smile by anyone behind the counter. The employees certainly don’t seem to enjoy what they do. I suspect this franchise is owned by someone who is perhaps a wealthy MD or absentee management.

So we came in a little before seven, but it looked like the workers were ready to get out of there. They were upset that we had ordered a hot sandwich. I guess they wanted to clean the grill. They were also trying to charge us for 2 regulars instead of a giant. The employee said to the other one charge two regulars . The other employees said “but the giant is cheaper “he said shush” I know don’t let them know.”
