We called in an order and the lady on the phone was rushing me she kept asking every time I ordered an item is that all, Your online ordering system was down would not accept my cc. When we get there to get our order we had to wait in line to pay (in the regular line to place an order)which was ridiculous because we had already ordered but they made us wait in a long line just to pay! Got home the cheeses steak was cold and dry. I’ve ordered these before and they are usually good but not this time. She didn’t get all our order! I’m not surprised because she was rushing me to get off the phone! We won’t be spending our money there again I’ll drive to another one bad service and food! And I got the giant which was 14.00 wasted my money!!!!

The most filthiest sub shop I have ever been to! I wish I had pictures to show all the food on the floor in the sandwich prep area, like bread, lettuce, I think I even saw cheese! Chairs not neatly placed under the tables. The tables are not clean, the floors are dirty. On the hot grill counter, there was a used cup and remote control – just sitting on the counter.. whomever is the franchise owner is, he/she needs to do a way better job with sanitizing this place. I won’t be back.

Went to see my 93 years old mother today in the hospital after a bad fall and 5 staples in her. Drove from Duncanville to Cedar Hill afterward to get a giant Philly Cheesteaks at 8:40pm “business hours” employees said the grill was off…. never in my life would I keep my a job after refusing menu items during business hours to a senior. Will not ever be back. Thanks for nothing and helping make my day that much better.

First, let me start by saying…, the employees were ok. The place itself was nasty. There was trash on the floor, especially where the employees work and prepare the orders by the stove. There was old bread crumbs on the slicer. The young gentleman never bother to clean. He was just cutting meat on top of old food. The counter top was also nasty. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bread crumbs, all over the counter. They barely clean the spot where, the food was being placed. The customer area was not cleaned. I believe someone from corporate, should come and give this place a proper inspection. A eating establishment shouldn’t be that dirty. Breeding grounds for germs and rodents.

Poor customer services.

Tables are ALWAYS dirty. There are literally 6 maybe 7 tables in the entire building so why is it so hard to keep the tables clean? I refuse to eat on top of someone else’s filth. Employees are constantly talking over the food, who knows what’s dropping out of their mouth onto your sandwiches. Employees are too busy playing with one another to greet customers as they enter the store.

I have never in my life met a “manager” of a business that was so unprofessional and volatile as KyLeigh Freeman. Her father Cory Freeman is the franchise owner. She came into my office screaming, cussing me out and calling me names because my car door accidentally hit her car. She caused me severe emotional and mental distress and chest pains from her vicious verbal attack. You would think she would be aware of her actions since she’s not only representing Jersey Mike’s, but this store and her father who is the owner. I can’t believe that’s the kind of manager they want running their business.

We went to the Jersey Mike’s in Cedar Hill and the service was horrible. The two mangers were standing around while the the other employees were so confused, they didn’t know who’s order was who’s! Unfortunately my tuna sandwich was one of the ones they had no idea whose it was and given to another customer, and thank goodness I hadn’t paid for it yet. Somebody received a free Tuna sandwich from all the confusion and lack of organization and all the tuna that they had left was on that free sandwich. I was excited when our neighborhood got a New Jersey Mike’s but I’ll continue to drive to the Mansfield location 15-20 minutes away to get my sandwich. Cedar Hill Location Equals Horrible Service!!!

Being a Former store operator for Jersey Mikes I always have very high expectations when visiting a location! I placed a last min Catering order that was placed on Friday and arrived Saturday. There were no errors my hot subs were still warm! All my lunch boxes were labeled properly and I was greeted upon entering. i wish nothing but success for this location and that the owner gets more stores!

Previously I had a bad experience. I reported it via a review and within 30 mins I got a call from Mr. Corey Freeman. He offer to rectify the issue when I was back in the area. Now that is awesome customer service.
