I almost skipped this location after reading a few negative reviews. I’m glad I decided to experience it for myself. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was even offered a glass of water while I waited for my mobile order to finish cooking(it’s 107° outside today). Staff was courteous and attentive. Food was great. I highly recommend trying this location out yourself. I will definitely be coming back.

I came here for lunch. I expect to spend less than $10.00 for lunch. This is not the place for that. I did get the Chicken Bacon ranch salad with a drink and chips. The price is high for the quality of food produced. The lettuce was all yellow but the ranch made the difference. I really hoped it would taste better than it did. My recommendation would be to offer additional vegetables to the salad at no additional cost.

Terrible customer service, this was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s and I can honestly say just by off of the customer service I will not be back! It was 5 employees on and every last employee had a I don’t care attitude! We ordered 2 hot subs and knew we had to wait but not 20 minutes wait when there is no one inside. The employees literally drag their feet. For the 20 minutes we sat there waiting for our order we saw them give bare minimum service but at least the asked everyone Elise if they wanted their items in a bag. We got 2 hot subs and 2 sides of sauce and a bag of chips TOGO and they expected us to carry everything out in our hands. The employees would rather sit and talk about who just got fired and why they are happy the person is gone other than doing their job! Every last employee just was waiting on the next shift to come in so they could leave.

Sandwich was delicious as always. 2 women working the front counter were very friendly, engaging, and extra helpful. You could tell they seemed to enjoy their jobs and enjoyed interacting with the customers. It was a pleasure.

Today I came into the Rowlett location order a hot sandwich the guy that was making my sandwich he seem like he wasn’t in a good mood. I got my drink because I knew they had to cook chicken for my sandwich. Got back to the counter the guy that was fixing my sandwich had put the lettuce and tomato on my sandwich by the the grill. Before I could even ask about other veggies he wrap my sandwich up. I let the guy know that I wanted other veggies. The guy wasn’t to happy about that since he wrap my sandwich up already. After he put the veggies on my sandwich he wrap my sandwich back up. He says to me” in the future if you want more veggies let the guy know who takes your order”. I told the guy other Jersey Mikes, I’ve been to always ask if wanted more veggies and I’ve never seen any of the cooks put my lettuce and tomato by the grill or sometimes they ask If I wanted Mike’s way. I will not be coming back because this has been my second time coming to this location and felt like I’ve been treated a little rude and they barely speak.

My sandwich is delicious. The last two times I ordered online, my food was not prepared in a timely fashion because the online ordering system failed (that’s twice in a row). On my last order, I dropped my beverage in the parking lot. The response when I requested a replacement was “we cannot help you”. This is sad because I spend more than $100 per month here.

Ordered 2 beef and one chicken(just for variety) when the deliver driver (who I think is the manager?) realized he had 3 beef I told him not to worry about it “its all protein’ he wanted to go back o the store and make another one!! My goodness what concern for a customer, you think I will be ordering from them again? You betcha :-)…also note the Mike’s Philly is better than Cheesesteak in our personal opinon.

Ordered a $14 veggie sandwich and asked for EVERYTHING. Heck, it’s vegetables and cheese. Got home and the pic was what I got. No pickles, pepercornici, salt/pepper, vinegar nor olive oil. I asked if they had the pepper olive mix like I’ve had at Charlotte Airport location. Young man even ‘yes mam’ me and said he DID put it on sandwich. Quality control at this location was sub-par. AIRPORT sandwich was better than this!! Airport food!!! Needless to say I won’t be back.

We freequently order Jersey Mike’s and never had a problem until yesterday. The bread for my number 13 was hard, dry and visibly over cooked. I attempted to eat my sandwich since it was my lunch. However, I couldn’t do it and ended up throwing it away. I guess quality doesn’t apply when using curbside.
