Sub was very good. I got the number seven Rosemary parmesan bread, and everything except pickles. It was a very good sandwich. Nothing to complain as far as the food. Everything was good but I found offence to being confronted with a tip on the card machine. Jersey Mike must not pay their employees good enough for their employees that I’m encouraged to tip. Please know a tip is for service. Are you telling me Jersey Mike that for me standing in line, ordering, getting my own drink and paying for my meal that you want me to tip? There are other sub places for me to visit. You have a great sandwich but not to the extent that you want me to tip.

There’s never been a bad experience for me at this store. Every time I go in, staff are happy and quick to make conversation with me. They’re very knowledgeable about the menu and the “secret menu”. (If you haven’t had the ham, salami, and provolone, you definitely should!) Overall I give them a 10/10 and honestly those staff folk deserve the biggest of raises.

Jersey Mike’s make some of the best subs. I’m a particular fan of their vegetarian subs. They have great flavors and lots of options. The staff is really friendly. The only reason for four stars, is because when you order online for pickup or delivery, the sandwiches are often not made correctly. But if you order in person you can’t go wrong.

First time visiting a Jersey Mike’s. We normally just go to Subway but now I realize what we’ve been missing by going to Subway. This location had very friendly staff, freshly cut meat and great value for the money. We’re going to make it a point to drive past subway from now on and go straight to Jersey Mike’s.

Wonderfully pleasant staff. QUICK service. I tried #8 Club Sub Mike’s Way. Wasn’t sure about “The Juice” but it’s very tasty!

I was actually surprised and not upset with my purchase. I originally thought I would be disappointed in the size of the sandwich I ordered, but I was right on the money. The Original Italian or #13 taste similar to the #2 you can get at Lenny’s. It was so delicious, I went back and had them make me a salad with the same setup minus the bacon. I was told there’s possibly a chance a Jersey Mike’s will open up in Fayetteville to avoid me driving up or waiting until I work in the area to enjoy another delicious sub. I hope the location will be on Dickson Street instead of Joyce Blvd or MLK Jr., because the students and crowds on Dickson St. would enjoy an alternative to Jimmy John’s.

(4.5) When I was growing up on Florida’s Space Coast I never realized just how fortunate we were to have a locally owned real Italian sub shop within walking distance from school. I even had several friends that moved down from NYC and ran great pizza / sandwich places. So I was “spoiled” thinking it was “easy” to find a good sub. Fast forward many years and many miles and that great sub of yesterday was almost a long forgotten memory till Jersey Mike’s came to town. Sure it’s a chain but they do all they can to make you forget that when you walk through the door.
