I had a bad experience today, the Jersey mikes tells you when your order will be ready, when you get there and wait 5mins before even going in & having to wait another 10mins to make a sandwich, and when I got the sandwiches I got 2 of the wrong sandwiches I ordered & to top it off their was a piece of hair in my sandwich from one of the women working there.when you spend $37 on 2 sandwiches you’d hope for better sandwiches. Needless to say I’m done with this place.

I was so hopeful about this place. Their sandwiches could have been alright. I like the meat & cheese because it’s really thin sliced and they give you a good amount of meat. My big gripe, however, is that I found not just one, not just two, but THREE hairs in my sandwich. I’m so disgusted by this place. Wear hairnets! I do not recommend. The worst part is the hair came from two different heads. I’m beyond myself about it. I’ve never in my entire life experienced anything so disgusting and unsanitary as this. Ughhhhhh!!!! I can’t stop thinking about it or talking about it. Beware, beware, beware!!! Their bread sucks too. They don’t even offer whole wheat, and you know what they say, “ the whiter the bread, the sooner you’re dead”, so there’s that too.

Subs are good when they are correct, been there about six times on last few months and I would say half the time something is wrong. Subs are also priced high. Tonight I said no American cheese, Provolone instead, they make the hot subs I n back, so when I got home I have a Philly cheesesteak with NO CHEESE! Crapola!!!!

Food is always fantastic, and the store is clean. My problems are with the staff. I came in on April 17 and the kid on register mumbled everything, was rude to my mom and I, and had zero customer service. Please train your staff to smile and speak with a friendly tone.

First trip there for 4 of us. Everyone loved their sandwiches. Kids menu is only small subs, nothing different if you have a picky eater. Everything looked so much fresher than other sandwich shops. They slice the meat once you order a sandwich! We went about 11:30. Went quick. By noon the line was to the door. Really great sandwiches. #56 hit the spot.

My wife and I just had the super sub and the classic Italian! They were very good and were loaded with meat and flavor!

Poor service, had 4 people at the counter, only 1 was doing all the to go orders while 3 staff were literally standing around doing nothing as customers waited. Your employees are not functional nor efficient. Watch your security tape from 10/23/2022 from 1215-1:30pm, you should find several people who either need a training session on how the job is to be done, or simply hiring people who are willing to work.

Sandwiches are good for the price, however it seems to me that there is a lot of horseplay going on between the employees while the customers are standing there waiting for their food or to order. I used to go frequently after they opened but not so much now. One of the last times I went, I ordered ahead on the app, said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 10 minutes before I left my house. When I got there my 15 was up, went in to a nearly empty store and my food hadn’t even been started. The guy told me 10 minutes as soon as it’s done he will call my name. So I sat there and watched them make the sandwiches ,they bagged them put them on the candy there they sat. The guy working the counter was just standing there joking with his buddies, I finally got up and asked if those were mine, he said oh my bad, I didn’t see them. Poor customer service, poor work ethics. Too bad, we won’t ever be back!

Drove 30min out of the way to come here and be refused for toasting a gluten free bread that every other Jersey Mikes does for me. Even after I told them cross contamination on the grill was fine.
