Had the #13 for lunch today. Still an excellent sandwich, very fresh. Service was good, gave me exactly what I ordered. Place was super busy and they were getting a ton of online orders, and a guy behind me in line must have walked in and ordered 4 or 5 different sandwiches which clogged up the process. If you ate ordering for a group, please call ahead or order online. I see others recent reviews complaining about service, but I saw a group of young people trying thier best to make everyone happy with a huge backlog of sandwiches to make. I will keep coming back. One suggestion, bring back the TV or play some music.

First time being at Jersey Mikes, the food was amazing in my opinion and well balanced, but there was a woman employee who had the rudest attitude towards myself and the other customers waiting. Telling customers to hurry up and decide, telling me that she won’t make my order until she wanted to, and saying she couldn’t even microwave my girlfriends turkey meat, who is pregnant. They weren’t even busy and I placed my order 30 minutes in advance. Someone really needs to teach her about customer service and how to treat people. I’m not sure if I would go back knowing this is how I’d be treated.

My wife and I came in for lunch today, and when we walked in no one greeted us and employees were on their phones bullsh*tting. When we walked up to order we weren’t sure if they were ready and one of the female employees rudely said “ready whenever you are”. We ordered our food, sandwiches were made but you could tell that everyone did not like their job. The only employee who was decent was the gentleman working at the grill. Food was good as always but unfortunately the employees ruined this visit, need to train them better or find new workers who will give the best quality experience

Placed an order at noon for 21 sandwiches for a class we hosting to be picked up at 4pm. Called to confirm order as website wasn’t very clear, manager answered and said they didn’t know if they make the sandwiches as they had other customers sometimes rushes of customers and our order wasn’t that important. Manager was very rude to deal with an you could tell by the conversation that he didn’t want a job that size. It was their loss of $130.00, subway had no problem making them.

I am currently 6 months pregnant and went in for lunch. I asked the young lady behind the counter if my deli meat could be heated up on the grill (during pregnancy you have to be cautious with cold meat due to listeria) I was told no because the grill was full and she couldn’t put uncooked meat on the grill. Fair enough, other people are waiting for hot sandwiches. I’ve never had an issue with my meat being heated up on the grill in the past- so I tried the next best thing- to be heated up in the microwave. I got an eye roll and “I guess”. Someone needs to sit her down and teach her how to talk with other humans while representing a company, especially when it comes to pregnant women. I love Jersey Mike’s but I will NOT be going to this location again.

I travel all over for work and this is by far the worst Jersey Mike’s location I’ve come across. They really need a corporate representative to come by and take a look, along with a health inspector. The 2 people working were friendly enough, but man they were slow. Only reason for 2 stars is the food was still alright.

Ordered online and paid online. App said order would be ready in 45 minutes. Arrived at store 45 minutes after ordering, stood in line for 5 minutes before finally asking the person making the sandwiches if our online order was ready. She told me she “can only work so fast.” Then started slamming equipment around as she prepared the sandwiches and cooked on the grill. 10 minutes later our sandwiches were ready while five people waited in line for their orders to be prepared. There were two people working, a girl preparing sandwiches and a really angry girl running the grill. Sandwiches were very tasty however the one worker appears to need a job where she doesn’t work with the public.

Great sandwiches, hot or cold! The big kahuna is probably my favorite. You can’t go wrong with the club though!

One of my favorite sandwich shops. The food is consistently good, fresh, and quick. Great place for a quick bite.

State Health Department needs to come through. This place is filthy. The place is incredibly cold. The service is 1) unfriendly and 2) as slow as molasses. A Diet Pepsi was out and you know there was no telling them about it because it would have taken 2 hours to get it changed. I won’t ever go back to Jersey Mike’s not in Topeka.
