This is the only place I know that when u order multiple sandwiches they charge you for half you get your points you are not asked if you want a receipt then we realize I have 2 more sandwiches to pay for do the same process and not get your points for your purchase. Then when you bring it to their attention they say they can’t give you the points that they missed when you paid. They can’t go back and give you the receipt for your purchase cause they had a couple of people after you. Now you have to call corporate but they don’t have that number. Then they give you an unpaid receipt for your purchase which is not gonna do anything. So they have good food. They need to do alot more training of their staff. They also need to get a system that they can operate to give you a receipt when asked.

Staff is nice and the food is good. The problem is the way it is structured. Last time I went in I waited for an hour on my order… They have 2 people on the line, one on hot subs, and one on register. The problem is that they stack up so much between online orders and walk-ins. Of course the prioritize the walk-ins because they are customers that are in store. This causes the online orders to back up because they don’t have a someone that is available to specifically take care of online orders when there is a rush.

Visiting Lawrence for a nearby basketball tournament and came here (before the lunch rush) two days, and split a giant sub between two people both times and it was plenty of food. Staff was really friendly and we enjoyed the classic alternative music.

The store started out good when they first opened but it has been going down since. I feel like they are always slow to make orders and my last order was screwed up. I asked for Mike’s Way for toppings and they missed my lettuce which I was unfortunately not able to catch until I got home. This store needs to have an adult behind the counter because the kids in there are not good.

Sadly staff was extremely rude. Came in 8:25 pm sandwiches made good and tasted great. But the two girls on the sandwich counter complained about our tip we gave them. Sorry it all we had. No name tags on anyone. todays date 2/27/23. Will not be returning to this location. I like Overland park’s location better. Period.

For some reason I keep coming back every once and awhile. Each time I learn the same lesson, this staff is pretty garbage. Sorry folks. Not much hustle or teamwork. These folks need to go to the lunch rush at the Topeka location and watch those guys and take notes. They are on point there.

So I am pretty disappointed. I ordered a sandwich for a online order pick up and selected to have Rosemary Parmesan bread. I picked my ordered up and it was made with white bread. I took my order back in and let them know it was made right but the bread it wrong. I was told they ran out of the bread I ordered. I had asked why no one had called because my number was supplied with the order so I would be aware of the change when I picked up my order and I was told “I don’t know”. This is bad customer service for a place that just opened in Lawrence. I will be going to a different location like I used to. I was really happy that there was a location closer to home.

I was excited to try Jersey Mike’s and I was NOT disappointed! I was indecisive on what sandwich to try but after a few questions about my likes and dislikes, Brandon was able to make a suggestion to me and he NAILED IT! He personally made my sandwich and made sure to come out and check on me. If you want great service with awesome food, give this location a shot! You won’t be disappointed!
