The best sub place ever! That being said I had the best of the best just the other day from this Normal il location. The sandwich was expertly put together with extreme care and the bacon was the absolute best to date. I’ve personally had about 100 sandwiches from JM and this club sub was the best one to date. It’s hard to make a sandwich stand out from the rest when the ingredients are the same but this girl did it! I heard her talking and she was kind of new to the job but made me the best sandwich I’ve ever had! Keep up the awesome work and I’ll see ya soon

Scamming, garbage people. Paid 24$ for extra meat, bacon and cheese on 2 cheesesteaks. only got regular ON BOTH. should have just paid for a third sandwich to disassemble. 60$ for 2 sandwiches, 21$ regular price each and you feel the need to skimp and scam. PATHETIC

I’ve been eating at your shops with no problems. This is regarding your store in Bloomington Il. The manager there is very rude and harassing his staff. On top of it when I stopped in for lunch last week. Disgusting. Will not go back. The place smelled like a sour cigar. The guy making my sandwich, I think he was also the manager, smelled like a sour cigar. He was sweating profusely and the smell was oozing out of him. So nasty! I took a bite of my sandwich and threw out the rest after I couldn’t stop imagining his sour cigar smell dripping into it. Gross! Maybe he should lay off the cigars when working.

It was unsanitary. The girl who prepared our subs are doing different things while in the middle of making our subs. She will touch everything even tried to fix the dusty receipt holder then go back touching our subs with the same black gloves. Every time she will put one topping she will do other things then come back and put another topping then do something else and again with the same dirty black gloves. Wasted money. Didn’t eat the subs don’t want to get sick.

Walked in 20 minutes till close. I respectfully asked if they could accommodate my family of 4 so near to closing time. They said they would be more than happy to serve us, and their nonverbals matched their words. The food was delicious and made fresh! Highly recommended!

Order was wrong, rudely responded to by employee serving order, employee that made error said it was his error, however rude employee continued to be rude 3 times, manager present did nothing to correct rude employee, Staff very offensive to customer when it was their error in the order, so sad will not return
