Tuna salad tastes fresher than Subway. There’s significantly less options for ingredients than Subway or Jimmy John’s. Less bread options, didn’t see wraps available, there’s also less vegetables available. Raw onion was white not red, only shredded lettuce, no spinach. They did have jalapeños and banana peppers and a pretty good pickle relish. As far as condiments, I only saw mayonnaise and olive oil. Don’t even know if toasting the sandwich is an option. They were out of bread the first time I went and it was an hour before close. I would only go back for the tuna because it wasn’t super drippy like at subway. Their hot sandwiches, however, are absolutely fire

Very disappointed. 2 times now. Ordered sandwiches at 7:15 pm pickup was at 7:45. They tell me they are out of bread. Do you want it on a salad or in a wrap? No make some bread you still have another hour to go. Same thing happened a month ago. Get a clue. Your a sandwich shop .make some bread.

I used to love this place! Workers are kind. However, my bread is just about always hard. I have had to return it a couple times, so now I don’t go at all 🙁 The lettuce they used is brown and wilted , its so disappointing.

Update. I had previously published a negative review but after speaking to the general manager of the store I have learned that the employee that was creating the majority of negative reviews for the store is no longer working for the company. I am very happy with the sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s and overall happy with the company. I am glad the general manager handled the situation and made an effort to improve her store. I will be returning to this location and I would also suggest that anyone else reading the other negative reviews keep in mind that most of these reviews were generated by one bad employee. Now that that employee is gone I believe there will be much improvement in the store. I am definitely willing to give them another chance.

Gave two starts because customer service good. However they are not wearing hair nets and the cashier decides to go talk to Mike by grill and rubs all through his hair by food being cooked. I mentioned how unsanitary it was and Mike apologized and the other guy washed his hands. I know his name Mike because the cashier said it. They need to train on wearing gloves and not touching multiple things with the gloves then preparing food. Mike took my order wrote it down with pen with gloves on and used same gloves to prep food. The inside has puddle of water leaking from fountain machine. And station to make sandwiches isn’t cleaned.

I have come here several times hoping to get a sandwich only to find out they have no meat (for that sandwich) or no bread. Absolute joke location. Don’t waste a trip here, go to Jimmy John’s.

No bread, no bacon, on a Thursday night, at 6:30?? Then the manager walks off to have the 2 hard-working young adults to deal with it. Be better.

I have been to multiple Jersey Mike’s plenty of times with great results. I have been to this location twice now. Both times the bread was severely dry and hard to eat at this location only. They need to throw away old bread and not serve it to their customers, especially considering how much more I spend on a sandwich at jersey Mike’s to get better quality.
