I went to have a sub in a tub. Way Way too expensive three people $42 with their specials still too expensive. Been there done that I will never eat a jersey Mike’s again way too expensive. I went there to check out their sub in a tub and the club sub was missing the bacon. It wasn’t very good at all. Not very impressed.

I just waited in line (they are pretty busy right now). I told the girl I made an online order and she said “online orders are on hold right now.” Then they took the other people waiting in line. I’m sure the girl was just doing what she was told, but people order ahead for a reason. To get in and out. I figured if I just stood in line to wait, they could have at least asked me what it was I ordered and made it right then and there. I mean if I didn’t preorder they would have taken my order right then and there so why couldn’t they just pull up my order? Me and a few other customers had to wait until everyone in the store was served first even though we already ordered ahead.

Usually good, but how can you run out of bread at a sandwich shop?! Thats your main business is sandwiches! Drove 30 mins just to find out they only had salads or bowls. This is unacceptable. Just close down. Won’t be returning here! Subway is much closer than Jersey mikes. Call ahead make sure they have bread before coming here.

When I arrived I was told by a manager, can you wait, we have to cut up lettuce, after waiting 15 minutes to place my order, then she announced no wheat bread, they threw the sandwich together, no thanks for waiting, come again..nothing, horrible customer service
