The customer service I received at 7:56pm this evening was subpar at best and this is very disheartening. I come here on the regular because the sandwiches are fresh and the service is pretty cool. When I walked in the young lady was by the door cleaning, she looked right at me, and immediately turned her head and didn’t even acknowledge me walking in, usually this wouldn’t be a problem, but every time that I’ve ever came in here they always greet the customer. Usually the employees are a bit older and service is great but tonight it seem like they had all high school students working and all of them were rude, except for the young man putting the condiments on my sub. The young man that happen to ask me what kind of bread I wanted and what kind of sub was so rude that he walked away and left the sandwich on the counter without telling the other guy anything and the sandwich was on the other side of a container, so the young man that was working the condiment station was looking around to figure out where the sandwich was, and he actually apologized to me and he smiled and asked me did I want it mikes way? Now that young man was very professional. Everyone else’s attitude was terrible towards me and the other customer who also happen to be a person of color and disabled…. I hate to feel like we were treated badly due to us being people of color but I’m in here enough to know that the older employees have better customer service, so for this to be my neighborhood Jersey, Mike’s I’m really upset at how I was treated because everyone should be treated the same. I’m a big believer in tipping when service is a (c) or better… F.Y.I. I went to the McDonald’s in the same parking lot and I actually received good service from them and insult to injury. They look like they were in high school as well…. Sad….

The ” manager” Ashley, was the rudest, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with! I don’t know how she has a job in costumer service and as a owner I would never employ her! I will never visit the frankfort location. All kids playing around handling your food and if there is any issue don’t bother calling because “Ashley” is good for nothing. Over charged me and would not refund anything. Customer service is not the job for her!

First time here coming to jersey mikes and i wanted to try the tuna and in my opinion it was delicious how ever I got the chips and drink combo and that was disappointing the chips I got didn’t taste good and the Pepsi I got from the machine had a funny taste and what did it for me was the cardboard straws yikes I didn’t know they use cardboard straws and they feel weird and have a bad taste to it especially when it sits in your drink to long it dissolves and makes your drink taste even more horrible don’t know who’s idea this was but in my opinion you need to think of the people who drink out of these cardboard straws that prefer plastic maybe they should have both so people can choose which ones they prefer.

Place sucks. Asked for a veggie had to tell them what to put on it… then after I waited 15 mins I opened up the wrap and it looks like they dropped it on the floor and the wrap is all ripped. Waste of my money won’t be eating here again

I went there 2/15/23 around 7:30-8pm, i ordered 3 sandwiches. Two of which had to be cooked on a grill. Shortly after the guy had put the meat on the grill, these two girls walked in. All 3 employees working (including the one cooking) just stood around talking to them. Clearly knew each other. The guy had not touched our food on the grill for about 10-20 minutes. The girls leave with free sandwiches, and the guy then quickly went back to making mine in a rush as if he forgot/messed up. I took them anyways cause I thought nothing of it, until today (2/16/23). A friend and I had the 2 cooked sandwiches. I am lucky to say I’m fine minus a stomach ache, but my friend has been suffering from food poisoning all day.

Imagine stopping at Jersey Mike’s Subs after having to go into work at the last minute on a Saturday. You pick up your sandwich and drive home happy to finally relax and eat……you’re not even half way through your sandwich when you notice a strand of hair peeping through your bitten sandwich.

I’m not one to ever put up a review, but today I truly felt the need to do so. I walked in, was promptly greeted with a smile, my order was taken, and when it was ready it was brought to my table with yet another smile!
