The food was good but at this particular location it seemed pretty weird I’ve never seen him actually cut the meat then put it on the bun then they take the meat off the bone weigh the bun then put the meat back on the bun Fenway the meat never seen them do that before. But it does save costs on me. People load their sandwiches like other Jersey Mike’s to which I do love atmosphere was okay like any other Jersey Mike’s the service though they were good but I wish they would pay more attention to the customer instead of talking with each other and non-working conversation

Great fresh subs. This location is next to chipotle. The staff is nice. The bread is fresh. Loves subs made Mike’s way, with oil and vinegar, adding pickles. Love the Italian and the tuna subs. It is better than subway but comes at a cost. The larger subs cost twice as much but you get twice the size with better ingredients. A giant costs 20 with locally high 10% tax. Parking is easy and right next to the front door.

Love love, love Jersey Mikes !!! The best sandwich place around. Love the freshly sliced meat, the simple condiments they provide, they will cut your subs and mark which is which. We go there at least 2xs a month. We get the giants and almost always get 2 meals.

The Jersey Mike’s in Hoffman Estates off of Sutton is amazing. I’ve always had good service at the other locations and the food is always outstanding. However this location goes above and beyond taking great care to get each sandwich correct. I will go out of my way in the future to get my sandwiches here.

Really nice place clean, employees seem to follow all covid protocols. You can’t eat in there yet place You’re ordering go. I always get the number 17 steak and cheese onions and peppers on regular white bread really good sandwich. Great customer service thanks guys

I love trying new places. With Jersey Mike’s springing up all over, it was definitely on the list of places to try. It was Mother’s Day and we were looking for something fast as we were traveling between venues, but didn’t want the typical fast food aka McDonalds, Subway, etc. We saw Jersey Mike’s and decided this was the time. I got the Chicken Chipotle and it was delicious. For anyone thinking this is like Jimmy John’s or Subway, absolutely not. I tried Jimmy John’s once and would never go back. I will definitely eat at Jersey Mike’s again. I rated 4 stars rather than 5 as it is pricey.

Excellent food and service here. I had the Buffalo chicken sub. I’d highly recommend it. This shop is situated in a busy location, but there turn around is fast. Very close to the Sears and Kmart Headquarters also.
