Went in on 02/07 and ordered a giant 7 on white with bacon. I got 8 thinly slices of turkey. There was turkey not on portions of the bread. The condiments are almost non existent. Paid $17 plus tax. Will not be back and I highly suggest looking elsewhere for a sandwich. This is unacceptable.

I love the food, fresh and sliced meats in front of you. Hot sandwiches are great, too. Just wish they had a bigger workstation. Takes a while to get food, line backs up quick. They have like 5 workers, but the area is definitely snug for them to all make it go a little smoother.

What can I say? Jersey Mikes is always on point. I’ve never had any issues with any of their locations. The employees are always fast, courteous and attentive. I always get the Big Kahuna on the Rosemary Parmesan bread. This location is clean and usually pretty busy but you never have to wait long. Highly recommended. Thumbs way up.

The foods good when they make it right but it’s rare that they do. Online order so everything requested is written right in front of you. Last 3 times our sandwiches have been made wrong. Correct sandwich’s in order but made wrong. Items missing or added to sandwich. Seems employees need more training at this location.

The food was, as at all locations, very good. My issue was with the time it took to get 2 sandwiches. I ordered online and received an estimated completion time of 12:11pm (busy lunch time). I received my order at 12:21. I went inside to pickup my order at 12:08. It was frustrating to watch people come in, order their food, get their food and leave while I was waiting. The location seemed to have plenty of workers (6) but most were working on walk in orders. Understandable but where is the process that shifts to online orders when you get that far behind? At one point there were 4 online order people waiting for their orders. And none of the orders were more than 4 sandwiches. It may have been a hangry moment on my part but I have not experienced this at my home location in West Dundee.

Such a great experience today! Staff was so friendly and did such a great job with our order. I really appreciate the care and effort that goes in to making the sandwiches gluten friendly even though it was super busy. Staff was great and the sandwich was delicious- 5 stars- will be back!

I would stay clear of this Jersey Mikes at all cost! I have never gone into a Jersey Mikes and watched someone weigh the bread, then slice the cheese and meat sooo thinly where I had to ask the guy if he was planning on putting any meat on my sandwich and then weigh it again. I asked for extra cheese cause it was pretty much non existent and they charged me 2 dollars for paper thin cheese (actually I think paper is thicker than the cheese he sliced). I walked out of here paying 33 bucks shaking my head what did I just pay for…. No thanks go to another Jersey Mikes let this one close down cause obviously if they have to weigh my bread before the meat or cheese and then again after putting what I assume was meat … no thank you! I’ll starve before I ever come back to this Jersey Mikes. Worse Jersey Mikes I have EVER been to!!!

The manager, after audibly complaining that he sent too many workers home during a slow lunch period and now was dealing with a long line, had the audacity to roll his eyes and give attitude to my pregnant wife because all she could eat was a hot sandwich and it would slow up their orders. After all that, the food was incorrect anyway. Incredibly unprofessional – will not be returning. Get better managers or continue losing customers.
