The place is extremely clean, that includes the bathrooms. The service is awesome too, It was my furst time eating here and I didnt know when to tell them I did not want an ingredient in my sub, they redid the sub forme even though it was mistake. They had such a good attitude about it too. The food was hot and fresh, if I lived closer I would totally be back.

I’m there all the time woodstock. I love the food but tonight my family got disgusting tomatoes on a sandwich. I went back in to show them and they were yea those aren’t good looking. When there was a whole bunch of red ones. Plus it’s summer. They couldn’t offer me anything. You make the customer happy and make food look good when you make it. They lost my business. I will drive the 30 mins and gas to McHenry location now.

Good customer service, and one delicious Chipotle Chicken sandwich!! This is the second Jersey Mike’s I visited and this one was so much smaller. Don’t let the size fool ya! I commented about there being less choices and was told that all the options are indeed available whether I order online or go inside. Oh yeah! So glad there’s a Jersey Mike’s near me!!!

Ordered online! Order was ready on time! Amazing customer service even at 8pm. The subs are truly fresh tasting. Loaded with meat. Like loaded in my opinion. My sandwhich had that crisps sound of lettuce and bread when taking a bite. Kudos! First timer here and most definitely will be back.

Very disappointed in this location…Woodstock,IL. Opened $16.00 sandwich up and it looked like it was thrown against a wall. Other locations sandwiches never look like this. Mayo, vinegar, oil are all over the wrapper. This is unacceptable.

Fantastic staff!! Every time I go to Jersey Mike’s in Woodstock I am greeted so kindly and today I was there with a small child and one of the staff members carried my food to the table because I very much had my hands full. I have been to plenty of other sandwich shops and have never experienced customer service like this ever! I will continue to go back
