Terrible experience! Was charged for an extra sandwich. When I called to ask for a refund Abby the manager said she would have to call me after the lunch rush. When she called back four hours later she demanded I give her my debit card number. When asked if I was going to get something back for the inconvenience she said no, I was lucky I was getting a refund because she didn’t have to do that for me. Asked for the owner’s number and she refused to provide that information. Never again

Stopped late afternoon, My Partner and I 11/2 hour later, now throwing up sandwich. Hmmm Hope we don’t get too sick. Poor service the kids that work here needs more training about their sandwiches. Never going back to this location.

The sandwiches sold at this spot are so good. I went here for the first time, and since then I have gone here mainly because I like their sandwiches to the point that they are satisfying and can satisfy my cravings for sandwiches. Their menu is huge and has a variety of options, and it is really nice. I got to choose any sandwich I liked, and I also had a chance to taste some other unique sandwiches that are available on their menu. The prices, on the other hand, are fair and reasonable. I would say that the prices are just about worth it considering the taste and quality of the sandwiches. The place is also clean and has a pleasant interior, which is another reason why it feels good going in here. It is a small spot, but the atmosphere and vibe are great. The staff are also friendly and accommodating. The service is also fast and at the same time, they gave accurate orders and they also accepted my orders when I wanted to, like, not include something sort of. Aside from sandwiches, their drinks are also good, and they also have snacks available in front of the counter.

I stopped in for lunch (at 2:00pm) to use a discount card sold by local high school groups. Jersey Mike’s deal was free chips and a drink with purchase of a sandwich so worth the price of the card. While the food was great, what made this visit amazing was the extremely friendly and helpful guys working. They were funny, friendly and extremely helpful with not only my discount card, but also the gift card I used to pay. Everything is electronic these days. Swipe this, swipe that, insert your card face down and to the left, but only if Jupiter is in retrograde. As I get older, I get tired of fast food employees who refuse to smile, barely look at you when they mumble “whadd’ya want?” And generally look like they hate life. The gentlemen who waited on me at Jersey Mikes were wonderful and I will even brave the idiotically designed parking lot at Randhurst mall to go back to this Jersey Mikes specifically.
